So this place made me realize how much “standard fare” I’ve been eating when it comes to Thai food. Don’t get me wrong… Thai is a top 3 favorite cuisines and I’ve been to what I thought were fantastic Thai restaurants. Nari is on another level. For starters, the ambiance and cocktails were remarkable. The dishes were packed with bold flavors and nuance, and admitted, difficult to categorize and describe. The last part owing to needing to pull forward some adjectives I wouldn’t usually use for food experiences. Enough said, Nari is marvelous dining experience and to be move to the top of your bucket list!

Amazing meal! Our favorite was Yum Tawai starter and the Gaeng Hung Lay main, but everything was so tasty! And all the mocktails were refreshing. Nice setting, and good service. Will definitely go back!

Modern, spacious dining room adorned by plants give the feeling of eating in a botanical garden! The food and drink is so exciting and delicious, the service so attentive. I’ve eaten here for several years and Nari is consistently a gem in the San Francisco dining scene and easily an essential dinner for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Nari has been on our list for a while now and we were just so excited to try it. Strong start with the drinks and the pork jowl & squid with sticky rice. Delicious. However, the vibes with our server, Jane? seemed a little off. Had a simple question of whether half portions were an option and was told “yes half options are available in the form of the chefs tasting menu as the dishes presented are smaller”. Yes we understand what the tasting menu option is but that’s not what we are asking. A simple no would suffice.

Definitely not your average Thai place. This has its on twist on Thai cuisine and defines Thai Chic! . Each dish is the perfect portion so you can order multiple things and share with your favorite people! I can’t wait to go back

The best Thai I’ve had in America. We’re ordered half the menu, was fantastic with unique dishes you may not even get in Thailand. Only disappointment was the chocolate berry dessert, but everything else – wish I had more room.
