Don’t let the fact that “this is a food truck” fool you: the food is prepared by a Chef, not a “sushi aficionado”, you won’t have your roll in a plastic disposable plate but in a wonderful presentation with colored flowers, so, you’ll have world class cousine without being in a restaurant.
