I ordered chicken breast teriyaki with brown rice. The brown rice was a goopy glob and the chicken tasted awful with a rubbery texture. Very disappointing.

Order take out and they never called out when the order was ready. I was sat there for a while so I eventually got up and my order was just sitting on the counter. They didn’t give me a time estimate when I ordered so was I just supposed to know when it was ready? customer service seems lacking

The garlic spicy chicken makes very good eating and I decided to come back and try it again. the dish comes with garlic and sauteed onions, but this one was missing that. apparently, the cook didn’t get my order right and prepared the spicy chicken, not the garlic spicy chicken I had ordered to take out.

Ordered Teriyaki chicken beef combo and pad Thai, paid $31, but the food was horrible. The beef was dry, overcooked and rubbery. Asked the lady in the counter and she said beef already marinated and gave me extra teriyaki sauce instead ♂️

Friendly service, large portions and all white meat chicken teriyaki make this restaurant a standout. They also have dedicated parking spots out front for to go orders/pickup. We will come back!

We ordered spicy chicken teriyaki today. It was extremely salty and zero spice. I am not sure if the chef is different ,as we have eaten spicy chicken teriyaki from them and it was spicy and had red sauce on it. This one looked like the regular teriyaki which was darker black in color.Really poor experience . Quality has dropped really low.

Had Terriyaki beef with Broccoli for lunch. Everything was served in plastic or styrofoam even though we dined in. Horribly salty. Musty smelled rice. Very expensive considering their space and service worth nothing. We went there because we saw diners often. Now wonder how they ate their food.

Ordered take out, got home to find that they didn’t provide any teriyaki sauce. The sauce is the point of teriyaki, so I instead ate dry rice and chicken. Disappointing meal, I’ll try elsewhere. Also, they’ve raised their prices several dollars on every menu item.
