Last time I will order from Nate’s. They are one of the only places to order close to where I live. The last time I ordered to go they said 35 minutes. I showed up 45 minutes later and still had to wait another 20 minutes and the place was empty! Tonight, same thing. Told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Showed up in 30 minutes and was told another 15 minutes. I’ll drive 20 minutes to pizza house next time.

I’m sure they have some “good” days here and there but don’t show up at 7:30pm for dinner and expect to be welcomed. We ended up on this side of town and decided to stop for dinner… we should have kept going honestly. As soon as we walked in the waitress walked to the open sign and flipped it off. Then proceeded to continue to clean while we sat at the table wondering when and where we order. After a long moment I guess she figured out we were there to eat and not just walk in and walk out, she took our order. My husband specifically chose this place because they had “pizza and wings” … well…. No wings after 7:30 bc the fryer is shut off and the kitchen is broken down. My comment was I thought they closed at 8pm not 7:30pm but whatever. Decided to get a cheese pizza to go for my kids and will not be back.

Inconspicuous location. Easy to miss if you’re not laying attention. That’s why you should use Google maps to get you there like I did. They cook their pizza in a pan and not hand tossed. A little skimpy on the extra toppings.$2.00 per topping on a large.

Older employees might not want you there after 7 and seem to discourage the younger ones from being friendly. Also, they will nickel and dime you on little stuff. If the owners aren’t spending much time there, then they better start. It has that ‘something isn’t right’ feeling.

What an amazing place. Service was fantastic. Place is clean and well laid out. Food came out at the right time and temperature. The flavors of the wings and pizza were perfect. The Carolina Chicken did not disappoint and the Lemon Pepper wings were blended perfectly. Perfectly splendid place.

I ordered I paid some time went by the waitress said they would make my pizza in a few minutes they were making cookies ? at the 25 minute point I had no food still adked for my money back got my refund receipt and left I will never go back there are faster pizza places in Travelers Rest and they are good don’t go here

A bit off the beaten path. My husband and I had taken our grandson here for pizza. Came across it really by coincidence. We ordered “the kitchen sink” pizza, salad and another pizza. Really didn’t know what we ordered. The 1 kitchen sink was much more than 2 adults, and an 8-year-old could hold. That was the best combination of ingredients at the right ratio as well. I now love pineapple and jalapeños on all my pizzas. We’ve now been twice and will continue to come.
