Beautiful. I’m already a huge fan of Victorian houses and this place is just fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming, and the waitress was eager to answer any questions about the menus and was very knowledgeable about the buildings. The food was perfect, small portions ideal for lunch! Definitely wish we could have gotten to experience the rest the facility had to offer. But as far as a nice cozy lunch, Nate’s aced it!

Great place to relax, and have a fantastic meal. The Chef, is very friendly and the butter/herb mixture he puts on the steak is awesome!. Friendly staff, and fantastic food! Quiet atmosphere where you can relax, and enjoy yourself, and not be rushed.

The food was delicious everything made from scratch… the waitress was friendly & helpful. The menu had a huge variety of items to choose from – which makes it a fabulous place to choose when going out to lunch or dinner. I understand they have an amazing breakfast and can’t wait to try it out!

I love the food amazing place. Use to stop every time we were in town but the last 3 time the wait staff was horrible. I waited 45 min for drinks. When a family sat next to us they got theres shortly after we got there so we had to ask. Than 15 min we got are drinks. So that was the first hour about another 40 min before they took are order. It should never take 3 hours for lunch for 2 people. But the food is good. But if you dont reminded the staff your there they forget about you completely.

The best place to eat brunch or lunch in Fort Scott. Every dish is phenomenal! Personal favorite is black bean burrito plate breakfast (I know doesn’t sound awesome, but just try it….unbelievable! ) and marinated beef tacos. ALL items are excellent!

Entry is a little odd, you’re not quite sure if you should seat yourself or find someone as the hostess desk is in the middle of the room rather than near the door. The food was simply good. What they really have going for them is friendly service and ambiance. The old home this restaurant is in is simply gorgeous.

Simply delicious! We ate there as part of a “B & B” package. I’ve never been to one which allows you to order off a menu. That said, it’s also a full-service restaurant, located in a historic mansion. Highly recommend!
