I ordered a hot dog with bacon and cheese. Dude working looked totally shot so I left and came back in ten minutes. Nothing. Came back ten minutes later and he was just finishing it. Than he yelled at a lady that they were closed. It was 645. Website says 9. Also…8 dollars for one hot dog? Never again. I am not from the area I got so excited for Nathan’s and was so let down.

The food is horrible and I gotten over charged for a meal. The hamburger is freezer burn and the fries was greases and soggy. Behind the counter was dirty and unorganized. Health department needs to make a emergency visit before someone gets sick and die. If I could give them a zero minus I would.

I went to Nathan’s today. I got a hot dog and cheese fries. The cheese fries had bugs on the fries. You need to check your food when you do pick up from here. Nasty and I had to throw away. Never again!!!

I see alot of bad reviews for this small business. Sad and some comments are complete lies. I go there often and always get quality service. On a few occasions I have noticed a few rude customers, talking down to staff and threatening to call higher ups.. completely unnecessary and sad. Thanks Nathan’s at Ridgehill for great service every time I go. Your hard work is appreciated!

Guys glove was yellow and Orange from how long he was using it and how dirty it was. That’s the same glove he used to handle the money and then handle the food. Saw him later with the same glove throwing the trash out.

The owner was taking cash from customers then picking up food with his bare hands, when a customer asked him to put gloves on he replied, you don’t have to eat here. He returned the money, but was very unprofessional.
