awful. food was stale, burgers had been sitting around for a while and reheated. The fries were so badly burnt into charcoal we had to return them. i think the fries had been refried twice before they served them to us. are they blind here that they can’t see they’re serving us inedible burnt food? service was bad too, women were cranky and unpleasant. overpriced for what you get.

Employees were non intractable. Just stood there and ignored us. Can here them talking to trash to each other. Using foul language. Us a party of 4 with 3 other separate patrons in line as well. We were there at 2:11 0n 6/4/23.. so we just left and going somewhere else to eat.. I’m from the area. And moved out of town so when we come back through we like to stop here but not now so much.

The burgers were good but the staff wasn’t very friendly. The tables had dead flowers in vases on them and we experienced several fruit fly type bugs flying around while we were eating.

Phoned in an order. Got there in the requested 10 minutes. Sat and waited for food another 15 minutes. Went up to the counter and woman employee said my name. The food was cold and the fries were limp and cold. Cheese was not melted. The two slices of cream pie were facing each other. One upside down on top of the other. The fries were in with the pie! Who puts what I assume was hot fries in with cream pie! My food was obviously ready when I paid for it but just left on the side. The employees were too busy yapping with each other and taking a trip down memory lane about tv shows. Don’t phone in your order. You have to watch them cook it or they’ll screw it up.

This place has gone completely downhill and is not worth coming here again. I am vegan and they served me meat when I asked for their veggie option. They seriously thought I meant lettuce wrap. What type of Nation’s can’t even remember that they serve the harvesters. I went hungry and lost money because of these people.

Wanted to love this place after a friend of mine told me they were the best, but after three different experiences it was a let down. The first burger was mediocre and service was nice, but not interested in the customer, second time breakfast came with a couple hairs in it, and third time snagged the pie, but waited for 10 minutes before some one attended the register.
