Every town boasts that they’ve got some great spot to eat and I’ve been disappointed more than not, but not in this case. Family of 5 all approved. Brisket, bologna and chili were all above standard. Great place! Well worth it!

Great food. My first time at this location. We usually frequent the one on Hwy 281 with the giant rocking chair. Quality of food is the same. We have tried many different things and love them all. The bbq has a great flavor. I highly recommend the baked potato salad. The cobblers are great too! You will not be disappointed.

Hubs and I selected a brisket plate, his chopped and mine sliced. The meat was tender and delicious! It was not warm at all which I thought was unusual but I would rather have it that way than nuked. I chose green beans and come slaw for my sides which were great! Jeff chose a baked potato which counted as 2 sides plus a $1 more. It was huge!!

WOW! From start to finish, what a wonderful experience! My husband and I were warmly greeted by multiple employees upon entry. Our order was taken, making sure we had any questions answered and had everything we needed. We filled our drinks, selected our condiments and as soon as we had a seat at the cute table we picked, our name was being called and our order was ready! Our food was hot and fresh! The chopped brisket was tender and so flavorful, the baked beans were topped with pulled pork and tasted amazing but the baked tater salad was the star of my lunch! My husband definitely enjoyed the banana pudding too! We will absolutely be back again soon!!!

Food was excellent!! One of the best barbecue places I have been to!! Brisket was nice moist! Bread was super buttered and toasted! The pastries were also now on the top of my list for reasons to stop again when passing through!

Passing through and dropped in for lunch today. Had the two meat platter with brisket and pulled pork. Baked potato salad, Nutty baked beans, jalapeño corn bread and blackberry cobbler. What a feast! If you’re anywhere in this area, this is not to be missed. And as a bonus we got to drink CRAZY water!

I ordered a brisket plate. I asked to order extra barbecue sauce and the young cashier said they give at least 3 or 4 so I decided against the extra. My brisket was cold I asked for toast and received cold cornbread and No barbecue sauce. I will never eat at this place again

Absolutely amazing! Drove up from Dallas today just to try out their BBQ and it was definitely worth the trip. Their blackberry cobbler was out of this world.

We were not thrilled with the meat. My husband got the rib plate thinking it would be pork ribs. It wasn’t. Half was beef ribs. We do know how to tell the difference. There is a big difference in the color of the meat. I ordered a combo plate with ribs. There were 2 ribs, and one was beef. The other was pork. I didn’t cate for my chicken at all. The potato salad and Mac & Cheese were just ok. Your typical food service fare. We won’t be back!

I have grown up eating bar b que. Was raised and grew up in the hill country. The brisket has no flavor and is a little tough. Almost taste like if was boiled. If you want good bar b que there are other places in town that will make your mouth water. Probably won’t visit again
