Ok so entering the restaurant you’re immediately greeted by nobody. The place is always empty; A “Natural Bowl” costs $12 and comes with a small cup of yellow rice and a small cup of very dried out chicken not even cooked to order but instead from a bin and a small piece of very dried pita bread; no veggies that’s extra no beans that’s extra as well. The amount being asked with such weak service and food is not worth their price. Pollo Tropical $9 normal size cup of rice, juicy chicken, lots of veggies and beans AND not to mention the sauces you can have. Thanks but no thanks to Natural Chicken I will never go there ever again.

The Natural Chicken Grill was a pleasant find down in Miami. The location does require metered parking as with most of downtown Miami, but that is a complaint for another blog. I had the large white meat chicken chop on yellow rice. The chicken was fresh and not over cooked which is typically found in most chop shops. The yellow rice was exceptional and had a nice amount of saffron in it. I really enjoyed the honey mustard dresses no that came on the side. I have had many versions of this sauce in the past, but I would have to say, this was one of the best concoctions. The place is very clean and has a younger trendy crowd. There are also some other places to eat in the same strip of shops.

I am extremely disappointed in this family meal. The chicken is so dry!!!! I don’t understand how a grilled thigh/leg quarter can be so dry. The Red beans are tasteless and the sautéed onions and peppers taste spoiled. It feels like a got food that was out all day. This dried out chicken is not edible and I feel cheated. Won’t order from here again.

Natural Chicken Grill was delicious! We visited their Wynwood location and were pleasantly surprised by their menu. We tried the Latin churrasco and it was incredible; juicy and full of flavor. They have a wide selection of sauces to accompany your meal and last but not least their Monster Chocolate Chip Cookie and their Crispy Critters were amazing.
