Service was great, staff was warm. They give free masala tea which is a good plus to have. I got pretty excited after looking at the menu options but taste was average. For the spice, we asked for level 7 but still it was kinda bland for Indian palette. All in all, decent hygenic place that you can try once or twice

THE BEST INDIAN IN THE SAN DIEGO AREA BY FAR!!!!!! I’ve been in San Diego for over 5 years and no other Indian restaurant comes close. All the dishes are authentic handmade Indian dishes. The restaurant is perfect and fell like home. The owner and staff were amazing with excellent customer service. The dishes we had was samosa, onion pakora, panipuri shots, lamb kabob, chilli chicken, butter chicken, malai kofta, goat pepper fry, garlic naan, cheese naan, rice, mango lassi, gualapjamo cupcake, cake cone, and cake pop side. I would be lying if I told I had a favorite dish, everything was PERFECT. Looking forward to the next time.

The bhindi, vada pav and pani puri were absolutely mouth watering. So nice to have authentic Indian cuisine in the Rancho Bernardo. Can’t wait to come back again!

Really like this family owned place. After we ordered, we watched other diners’ food come out, and all of them looked outstanding. We ordered a couple of items to share. One dish was excellent, the other a bit too salty. We let them know and they immediately remade the dish even after we told them not to (and it was delicious). I HIGHLY recommend the desserts which are fresh made in house. Nice people, good service. Looking forward to going again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naturally Desi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting ambiance immediately set the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.

Updated review 2/19/2023: Came here for lunch. This is my 3rd time visiting the restaurant. Food is always delicious and service is fast. However, today we were the only customers there at around 12pm. Again the food was delicious but the young man serving us (17 to 20 years old) seemed like he really didn’t want to be working or helping out there. He served us our food and then went back behind the corner to play on his phone. We had no silverware or plates to eat with. My husband then went up to the front to flag the girl down that took our order to request plates and utensils ( the young man never looked up from his phone). When we were getting ready to leave my husband paid our bill, the waitress then asked us to leave a cash tip if possible. We only had a $20 bill and when requesting change to make smaller bills, they didn’t have it in the register. That brings me to another issue…we had already signed the check from paying with our debit card and had to reconfigure the check for the tip. Normally we leave tips on our card, but due to the request for cash we scrambled to try to dig some up for her. I use to be a waitress and I understand cash tips mean you take money home that night, but you should NEVER ask your customers for it. It’s semi on the verge of being rude. My rating a year ago was 5 stars but after today it has decreased.

Indian cuisine that is uniquely different from most other restaurants in San Diego area. Food was mouthwateringly delicious amd price was reasonable. Located in a very beautiful shopping complex area, ideal for family gathering and friends get together. I loved their govi manchurian and veggie roll. And above all, the staffs are super friendly and serve you with a big smile. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

In the past couple of months this has become our go to Indian eatery. The best part about this place is the friendly owner Archana and the Super Chef Akhil. They create a very calming and happy vibe. Ofcourse the food is really good. The chefs are from the “God’s own Country”, and they make some of the really missed authentic kerala food along with other north Indian dishes.

For a change, it was pleasure to walk into a well appointed Indian restaurant with a pleasing aesthetic. The warmth in the hospitality was very reminiscent of familiar places in India. The food probably off by a very small amount, tasty nevertheless. The vada pav and dahi vada were probably the stand out dishes for us. The paneer butter masala had a South Indian feel to it, just as an observation. Prices are reasonable, as are portions. But it is the people behind the place that compel me to go back.
