I really wanted to like the ramen so I was pretty disappointed. The good part: I order the tan tan men and the broth was the perfect level of spicy. I don’t mind unconventional toppings on ramen if they work well with it, and the roasted tomatoes were pretty good. However, the rest really were not great — the noodles were sticky/glutinous (without the typical ramen noodle flavor you can get from kansui), flat and somewhat thick, and the Chinese sausage used instead of ground pork was just not doing it for me texturally. The bok choy was undercooked and too crunchy too. The soft-boiled egg, while cooked well, was way too salty from being soaked in soy sauce for too long. I can tell that the people cooking were passionate, kind and were trying hard to make a good product, so I’m sure they will improve. I’ll definitely be waiting before I try it again though.

Ok this ramen is SO GOOD! So so good. Also they make a tasty matcha coconut milk iced latte. And the Finnriver Cidery & Restaurant is so charming. Go get some right away…you will be happy u did!

Nautilus Ramen is super awesome! There is true creativity on the menu and that is what made it special. My husband and I enjoyed our experience going to Finnriver to have dinner at Nautilus and definitely recommend checking them out!

Went here with my wife for a relaxing evening and dinner. The staff was super friendly and the ramen was amazing! They do a non-traditional spin on ramen, but it was absolutely delicious – perfect broth and noodles, fresh crisp veggies, soft boiled egg and Chinese sausage made this a unique and very satisfying dish. Highly recommend!

Seriously beautiful and delicious food! I love that Nautilus sources creative ingredients locally. I was sharing ramen the other night with my sister in law, who grew the tomatoes on her farm three miles down the road. Besides the hyper local and community focused business practices, the food is DARN good. My husband and I both love the perfectly umami broth and the creative ingredients. And our toddler heartily approves too! Definitely our favorite eats in the area. So grateful they’re here!
