This was my first time ordering from here and everything is amazing- super fresh and authentic! I ordered the cabbage salad, cauliflower rice bowl, hummus, namoura, and garlic spread. All the flavors are on point

Good to know optimum times. Around 1 to 1:30 they are a bit backed up and handling phone in orders as well. I’m nearby so upon seeing the crowd came back 20 minutes later to find it empty. They may have been happy for my return because I got the meal free!

I had Lamb kebab with rice. The lamb did have any smell nor salty, but it was tender. I enjoyed it.

The food is fantastic and more importantly, the service is consistently good and quick. I order here like everyday for lunch and they are usually very busy but I don’t find myself waiting long at all. I order through the app and they are ready when they say they are. Can’t be said for others. (Cava)

I was craving some middle eastern food for lunch and wanted to skip the usual Cava or Honeygrow so I decided to give Naya a try. I’m so glad that I did. My order was about $30 (including all fees but tip) and it was a LOT of food for $30. The delivery fees kill you with UberEats but the food seemed very reasonably priced.

Great location and one of the fastest moving lines in Philly. Always pleased with the platter – which includes a meat, rice, and all the toppings you can handle. No need to get dressing. The fresh veggies, yogurt and babaganoush is as a topper.

This is the most poorly managed fast casual restaurant I have ever been to. Ordered online, waited nearly one hour in the restaurant for my order while I watched over a hundred people work through the line, only to find out after I had wasted an entire lunch hour there to find that they hadn’t even begun my order. The manager was there apparently restocking beverages, all while neglecting a crowd of people that ordered online and were similarly waiting. This place sucks.

2nd time coming here and the salad was awesome but the steak was a little tough, maybe because it was cooked to order and didn’t sit for a little. Jessica was very friendly kind and showed great customer service. I will be going back but I will have to taste the steak first. 4 stars only because the steak was tough other than that 5 stars for Jessicas awesome customer service

I ordered a chicken bowl with farro. The ingredients were fresh and juicy. A bit on the drier side so make sure to ask for dressing all over. Great quantity and filled me up for dinner at lunch!
