Placed an order for chicken over rice, and 12 chicken wings. Was given 11 wings and a bone. Called the store to let them know. Instead of being told, SORRY, we’ll throw in that one wing next time you come. I was told to drive back. When I arrived I asked for the manager, and asked him if he thought it was reasonable to ask a patron to drive back for a chicken wing. Furthermore, when I returned with the COLD 11 wings and 1 bone, one would assume the restaurant would remake the order to provide 12 HOT wings for the inconvenience and gas. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. He told me it was just one wing that I was shorted. However, If I came in to buy food and was short $1, would I leave with a meal? More like short of reasonable customer service, and a front end that is incapable of basic communication.

Food used to be way better when they first opened, now they just rush it and give u a platter of rice with a spoon of meat and charge you $13 for that. check your bag before you leave without your sauces when u get side orders because there common sense is not common.
