Food was so delicious! Had the ahi tuna sandwich with truffle fries and my husband had the shaved short ribs grill cheese and it was equal deliy. The tuna was cooked to perfection.

First time here. Totally enjoyed ourselves. Cool decor and nice bar area. Service was was spot on. Cool drinks and a good assortment of whiskeys. Food – really good. Hot, delicious. The Shroom burger was a perfect medium rare. The Rigatoni dish was plentiful and tastes good. I will go back. Want to try the short ribs. Going to Westmont, Neat is a place to stop at.

Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service. They make a fabulous espresso martini. The Ahi tuna sandwich, and shrimp po boy was fabulous. Our server was very quick and polite. She offered to separate our checks for us, even though we didn’t ask her to because she saw us struggling. It was very kind of her. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Not the best but you can eat it. The short rib in the grilled cheese had no taste other than meat, they also didn’t really add many caramelized onions either (add another topping for flavor, I added jalapenos). Was a bit on the dry side and even hungry I didn’t want to finish it. The French onion soup however was excellent and it was not over-salted. Maybe a theme here with the lack of seasoning on the short rib but it works out in this case

The food was excellent. The drinks were adventurous and tasty.. We felt lucky getting a last minute (445 pm) reservation for Mothers Day. The service was the best I have had in a long time. We sat in the bar area, I wish I could remember my waitress’ name but she was timely taking our order and knows the menu well and attentive to our needs. The rest of the staff was right there cleaning off dishes and keeping our table uncluttered. Not one of the staff hovered, if you know what i mean. Their timing was impeccable. Thank you to all of the staff for making the day special. We will be back.

10/10 would recommend hosting your private event at Neat Kitchen + Bar! We hosted a 30th birthday here with close family and friends and it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The owner Matt is extremely accommodating and is willing to work with you. He is super-efficient with answering any questions or emails. His staff is just as wonderful and as efficient as he is. If you think the service is great—wait until you try their food (short rib grilled cheese was the crowd favorite) and cocktails (blood orange paloma is top tier). There are many packages to choose from when you are wanting to host and all are super affordable. I cannot believe it took me so long to give Neat a try! Don’t be like me and give them a try—one of the top places out in the Western Suburbs. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Neat Kitchen Staff.

The burgers are amazing, we ordered the short rib burger and the garden burger. Both were very flavorful. Portion sizes were modest. Kids menu had great variety, but the side of apple slices was pretty small. The side of French on the kids menu was the size of an adults side.

The regular bartenders are amazing, I unfortunately don’t remember their names but I highly recommend hanging at the bar and getting some drinks, appetizers and a meal. Heck while you’re at it grab dessert. Absolutely a wonderful choice and with the new patio it’ll only be better.

Service was great (Charlie was helping us out, super nice, good timing) and getting an outdoor reservation on OpenTable was easy. Overall the meal and drinks were painfully average. Outdoor seats are cheap folding chairs, which when you’re dropping over $100 on dinner makes them a little more uncomfortable.
