This place is amazing! I came a few times when it was in the time out market, but their new location is even better and has a lot more space and the interior and atmosphere is designed really well. They have a rotating menu and all of their ingredients are extremely fresh, you can definitely taste the difference! I love sandwiches and this is my favorite sandwich place right now!

This place is fantastic! We had the Turkey Avo and Green Forager, some of the tastiest sandwiches we’ve had in a while. The bread was fresh and warm, along with fresh ingredients, complimented with friendly service and presentation – next level. We’re definitely coming back. YOU MUST EAT HERE!

We used Necessary Purveyor for a work lunch and everyone raved about the sandwiches. Tyler is such a pleasure to work with and he is meticulous in the way he handles his business.The bread on the sandwiches are so fresh and they’re soo delicious. The roast beef was definitely my top favorite. Also, the feta and melon salad was a HIT. Our associates were filling up their plates with salad and wanting more. I would recommend him to cater your next event with my eyes closed! Thank you, Tyler!

I had the hen of the woods sandwich. It wasn’t very tasty nor did it look tasty. My dining partner got his sandwich and finished eating it before I even got mine. The owner saw I was waiting a long time and said he would bring it to me. He didn’t. He walked to the far-end where the bathrooms are and never came back. So eventually, I walked back to their area to get it myself. It was just sitting there on the counter. There was a total of about three other people in the entire open courtyard. (This was when they were in that “Time Out” food hall/court.). The staff could easily see me waiting.) To quote the owner, “THIS is what really grinds MY gears.”

Stumbled upon this place during a weekend stay in Miami. Probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had!!! I got the Turkey Avo and my boyfriend had the Jasper’s Choice — both were so delicious and honestly looked like a piece of art. Tyler (who took our order and made our sandwiches) was so nice and friendly. The overall vibe of Lincoln Eatery was really cool as well. We will 100% visit again whenever we come back!

Every sandwich and avocado toast we ate here was superb! We had the hen of the woods and a newer sandwich Don Theo, and I can honestly say they both blew me away. Each sandwich had very fresh ingredients, were unique, and great flavors. We also tried the Brooklyn and Bacon me Happy avocado toast, and both also had very fresh ingredients. My boyfriend and I went twice in one week – the food was that great! We also chatted with Tyler, the creator of all the food and he was so great and welcoming! If I loved in Miami, I would come here all the time!
