We love going to neicys but y’all make to much money for it to be that hot in there. Your employees are sweaty and steady whipping there face with their arms. No one wants sweat dripping on there food. Please put air conditioner in there. This why your employees have a attitude. But I was very patient with them and totally understand how they felt.

Food is decent but my wife got charged extra for every side that was supposed to come with the 2 rib dinners we ordered. 4 sides total. When my wife confronted the cashier she was given attitude and told thats how it is. Tried calling no answer. Would just love to know if that 4 bucks was worth losing some long time customers over?

The food here is very, very tasty. The prices shown on their Google menu are certainly outdated, and I sadly didn’t get an updated photo. (Rib platter is now $13) The food is most certainly messy! Pretty sure the sauce is NOT keto, so beware when they ask if you want sauce.

I have found the BEST RIBS IN COLUMBUS!!! I love the ribs, the atmosphere, the prices!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Very nice girls working the front. The music was nice too. The pork sandwich was GOOD. The season on the ribs…… DELICIOUS!!!! The sauce….. DELICIOUS!!!! The red velvet cake…… DELICIOUS!!!! The ribs…….TENDER!!!

Ribs were good but “WE” have to do better when it comes to customer service. There is no way I should call an establishment to place and order & the caller says “what you want” with a nasty attitude. And when I walked in she literally rolled her eyes at everyone that walked in. No one wants that type of service especially after paying $45 for 3 rib plates; 2-5-23
