I ordered nachos which came with a very good amount of chicken, beans, pico, cheese, etc. It was delicious and a lot of food. Couldn’t finish it so I took leftovers with me. My friend ordered a burger and fries. She said it was good. She asked for water but she was given sweet tea and water never came. They seemed to be short staffed as we waited a bit upon arrival. Once we got our food we didn’t see the waitress again. It’s a fairly large place with plenty of seating. They serve buffet and menu items. We went with the menu items. Coffee was good. The waitress did tell us that food would take a while as meats are freshly cooked not precooked. We were fine with that. Reasonable prices. We were able to park in front, so parking at lunchtime may be an issue.

Great place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat inside, outside or to go. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurant was clean and roomy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone said the chicken fried steak was the best, it was good, but I enjoyed #9 skirt steak rice and beans.

This is a must stop and try if you are in the area. Great atmosphere! The staff was friendly and happy. I know happy employees? It showed in the attitude and very much appreciated. Our party ordered the Mexican chicken fried steak. It looked amazing. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and they were very good. My wife had a perfectly cooked medium rare burger. The onion rings were lightly battered and really good. Again this is a must stop if in the area.

It was good, not what I expected walking in. Offered a buffet instead of the menu at lunchtime. When you go up to get your food there is a small and I mean small selection. Chicken strips, hamburger steak, white rice, mashed potatoes, and assorted frozen vegetables. A sign reads more than 4 pieces of chicken, and you’re charged an extra $2. At the buffet salad bar they have, they posted a sign that says to use small plates or get charged $2 extra. The food was good but not worth the price of the buffet. I may return when i visit again, but I will probably try around dinner time.
