First time visiting here. As we were the only diners, our orders came out quickly. 3 of us ordered pizza (including a kid’s meal) and 1 person ordered salad and sweet potato fries. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal. We happened to be there on “Trivia Night” (every Thursday) so by the time we left, the place filled up! We’ll be back!

I love the location in Columbia, MD but this location’s Pizza did not match the Pizza I had in Columbia. Maybe because it was about 40 minutes until closing and they just threw this together, but that’s not great customer service. I will possibly give them another shot and go earlier and see if that changes. The Neo fries were really good though.

Unlawful measuring for tap. Purchased a growler. Was charged for 64oz, only filled up to 48. Contacted company via online. No response. Their tap measurements are ripping people off.

Update 2/23 always a fun place had my favorites the zucchini fritte the manager here is awesome he constantly works the floor to make sure everyone is happy……….Second visit 6/17 better than the first. I had a delicious build your own 10 inch pizza spinach black olives red onions and mushrooms. Everything was fresh also had the home made chips and the zucchini frittes were awesome. The manager is wonderful. The staff are all pleasant fun-loving professional and courteous. Great food great wines great food great service Everything was fresh…….First experience at NEO Pizza and Taphouse was wonderful. Greeted by the Manager and a bubbly Staff. Really innovative idea tons of beers wine cocktails on tap. They are self service really crazy how they do it but it works!! All charged by the ounce so you can try a little first. I had the Margherita it was delicious. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza and onion rings all delicious all fresh. Pizza was so good! Food came out really quickly lots of “is everything okay”? attention from.the servers. I felt special. There are tvs all over and some pretty funky music. The place is spotless. It is very clean let’s see if they can keep that up. Manager even came over to make sure everything was good. This place is so cool. I have to go back. This is the hottest place in OM

Great concept. Wings and sandwiches were good, and I can’t say enough about the drinks!!! I like that they have somewhat late hours in comparison to some of our local restaurants. Our waitress, the future nurse, was EXCELLENT, as well!!!! She gave us hope for the future of the next generation, and she made us feel good carding us with all this grey hair. We’ll definitely be back.

Great experience with the kids. All the food was hot and prepared well. I did not like the meatball sub, but the kids enjoyed their pizzas. I would definitely be going back. I enjoyed the tap feature because I prefer just to sample most alcoholic drinks vs paying for a whole glass. The prices were very reasonable

We love this place. I’m pretty sure we’ve tried everything on the menu. The beer wall is a lot of fun, because you can try small samples of things and make yourself a flight. The pizza is delicious and the salads are very fresh. My go-to spot. And the staff are so friendly.

Great selection of specialty pizzas, beer and cocktails. Service was quick and the servers were very attentive and friendly. This is my new favorite spot for pizza and drinks. A great addition to the Owings Mills area. Definitely will be back.

Location just opened on Thursday. My family and I had an amazing experience. One of my daughters has allergies, and the General Manager, Corey, made sure we were able to get a pizza that was perfect for her. The servers behind the counter, Katie and Sharon were very kind and made sure our order was correct. The thing I loved most about the place is the taphouse part of the restaurant. You pour your own drinks so you don’t have to wait for a server to come back to order another one. You can pour as much or as little as you want giving you the ability to try out all the different drinks. They have beer, wine, cocktails, and hard seltzers on tap. They also have happy hour. All the drinks are 25% off during happy hour.
