1st and last time to dine here! 3x we repeated CHEESEBURGER not deluxe however that’s what we got. The lady at the window was the rudest person ever. This place was recommended from a St Joseph store owner. Onion rings were out of a bag not hand dipped and the hot dogs were like chewing leather. We tried to be nice! Just wow on the staff. Construction was all around us and very hard to hear the 50s intercom to order. Didn’t bother to ask for a new burger or not done onion rings. We threw $26 worth of nasty food in the trash and went to a local pizza shop that did not disappoint.

I ordered an order of seasoned fries and an order of onion rings and I asked that my onion rings not be overcooked (they usually are quite dark and the onion rings are sometimes empty from overcooking) the fries were RAW and soaked in grease and the onion rings were still cooked until they were CRUNCHY instead of crispy, their oil temp must be too high for the onion rings. The food prices are too high to keep having these issues, I’m not going back anymore!

The service was awful and my burger and fries were undercooked. Now I remember why I don’t come here. You can’t rush people, get an attitude when you repeat the order back incorrectly and then try to smooth it over with a “have a nice day” when how your say it is rude as well too. I will never spend another dime here again. I was on my lunch break. With how I was treated and time I had I didn’t want to bother returning to get my money back or my food remade. Do better.
