This place is ridiculous!! I put an order in at 5:40 PM and told her my order really polite & nice, she told me 35 to 45 minutes. She didn’t ask me was I paying with card or cash so now It’s 7:15 I’m still waiting on my food so I called like hello I put in order in round 5 it’s still not here , this YT B* all like ima need to speak to a adult , mind you I’m almost 22 years old I said I am an adult where’s my food? She gone say yeah ok and hung up and blocked me. WHAT DOES MY VOICE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO W ME ORDERING FOOD! I have a baby soft voice ok cool but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to me especially if I wasn’t rude to you i simply ordered my food and that’s that. I have been ordering at this location for a few years, never any issues until today. I ordered food just last night and than again tonight and the driver refused to bring my food to the door and than drove off after waiting over an hour for my food. I had to call to cancel my credit card order. If I’m paying for delivery than my food should be delivered to my door. I always tip so I’m not understanding the issue. Should they not deliver to the door, that is something that should be disclosed when a customer is placing an order over the phone. I’m highly disappointed and upset as I’ve been supporting this business for so long and this happens. I will NEVER order from here nor allow my family who also order from here often to support this unacceptable customer service. I do not live in a crime infested area as I do understand safety is an issue, but again my food is always delivered to my front door. The woman who took my order was great and very polite and professional though.

The food is consistently great. Delivery does take the full 45-60 min buy it comes out. We always get wings and pizza. A good choice of wing flavors too. The store isn’t where you would bring your family but its worth the drive for pickup. Overall a great place we have been eating for a year now

I order from nephew’s Pizza for delivery okay they didn’t deliver it I had to pick it up and then when I got there it was dry it was cold and the cashier was yelling at me because I wanted to deliver and not picked up so if that’s the way they treat people I know longer will begin with nephews and I’ve been with them for about five years now but bye-bye
