We finally got a chance to try this joint out. I would say the location is great with a nice water view. We had good service as well. My fiancé had the Caprese Benedict. She really enjoyed it. I had the Three Little Pigs Omelet, and the home fries that came with it were delicious. We both thought the omelet itself was bland and could use some salt and pepper.

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday, got sat right away. Our waiter, Dennis was very attentive, food was delicious. I had the hemmingway Benedict and my husband had the corn beef hash. The food came out fast and the view is great.

Too expensive to be this mediocre. Very mixed feelings. A few good things going on. Lots of mediocre. I’m careful with my reviews and I usually only write good reviews and ignore the less than stellar. Because I want to share with my friends my favorite places. But it’s such a lovely city, in such a beautiful spot, I’d encourage management to be worthy of our patronage when it’s so competitive. And I want to serve other potential clients who would spend their hard earned dollars only to feel disappointed or misled. There are restaurateurs working so hard out there. This one is potentially resting on the view and location and not attending to their quality of food prep or service.

Many better places for breakfast. Scrambled eggs had the texture like they were from a liquid eggs carton, home fries were over cooked and dark brown, possibly tossed in a deep fryer. Service was friendly. Hair in my food, but was comped. I am noping my way out of this restaurant and won’t be back. The view isn’t worth it if the food is this meh.

Great breakfast spot right on the main road with a view. I had a basic breakfast called “The Standard” which was good but I wish I had gotten the Hash that my friend got because that looked awesome! They make it homemade and it comes in a bowl. I would recommend that to anyone who likes hash and we had them substitute the toast for grilled biscuits which were also very good! Great view! Beyond awful layout of tables, VERY cramped quarters to eat. Also quite expensive; our 2 egg breakfast with breakfast potatoes, bacon, and toast was $18 a person, add coffee and orange juice and our total for breakfast was $48 and it was no where near as good as Waffle House, which serves the exact same food. Hit this place up later in the day for a cocktail or martini but definitely skip it for breakfast. I also had to chase down my own silverware for our table, even after asking 2 different servers after our food came out.

Looking to have a nice lunch we stumbled upon Nero’s in beautiful St. Augustine. We later found out that this is a very popular restaurant and I can see why. Great staff, excellent food and awesome outside seating. Our server, Dennis, was full of energy and very friendly. The restaurant is located on A1A and has a beautiful view of St. Augustine inlet. The restaurant is very unique and has a great personality. The food was excellent and well prepared. I had the Saratoga Club sandwich (wrap) and fries. The wrap was packed full of bacon, ham, turkey, lettuce and tomato, and was fresh and tasty. The fries were hot, crispy and soft inside. Overall, a great dinning experience and nice relaxing atmosphere.
