Incredible customer service. I had ordered the wrong dish, they took it back and gave me the original dish.

Seems they decided ‘whatever frozen veg medley is cheapest’ and made my food with that, as its a mix of continental veggies not typically found in chinese food.

Beef chow fun was delicious. Tender beef slices and flat rice noodles in a flavorful sauce.

First time ordering and got the House Chow Mein with chicken beef and shrimp. I dont know how chow mein could be bad, but this was the worst Ive ever had. No flavor, slimy fat noodles and hardly and vegetables. At least add more cabbage and sprouts or even other veggies would be nice.

This place is not very good. I did a pre-order for 430pm pickup, and I get a msg at 355pm that my food is ready. So my food sat there for 30 mins. The chicken fried rice is bland, and soy sauce didn’t help. The Chicken and Black Bean sauce was ok. The Prawns and greens were not good. Prawns were mushy. Greens were stringy. I almost choked eating the greens.

I ordered take out. It was ready when I walked in. the food was okay. I ordered bbq pork noodles, which were good, if not a tiny bit under-seasoned. the sesame chicken was mostly perfect except for a few parts which may have either been improperly frozen, or over-cooked. not to much of a problem considering it was only a tiny bit, and it didn’t taste bad, the sauce saw to that, just a strange mouth feel. the rice was perfect, a two person order is plenty, although I thought it should have been included with the entree. I give them an extra star because they were nice, but the food was otherwise, okay

Pretty pricey for regular Chinese takeout. There was nothing special about the food but the service was terrible. I just moved out here to the Bay Area and asked 2-3 questions and I feel like the young teenager/man was very condescending in his tone. I have never experienced that from a Chinese takeout place. Also I don’t know if it’s a thing here, but when I asked for two hot sauces packets he tried to charge me $0.50 cents! We don’t pay for these packets on the East Coast! I think that is an outrageous price tag for those packets.

This place is exceptionally bad, I spent about $100 and every dish was very disappointing when I had the craving for Chinese food.

Horrible customer service. I went there on my lunch break and I was looking at the menu and the woman kept rushing me. There wasn’t anyone behind me or in the establishment at all, either. I was looking for less than 2 minutes. I don’t know if it was because I was black or something, but it was rude. I will never go back there. Also, their plates are just full of one item. There are now combination plates. Who wants to eat a plate full of rice for $10?
