We have been to this Chinese restaurant here in Eagle Point a few times. The food is mediocre, but decent. The service is kind of on the slower side. But as we usually eat there with friends and family, the wait is not so bad. If you’re hungry for Chinese food in the Eagle Point area, stop by, because Chan’s is basically the only one in town!

Love the staff and atmosphere here. The food is good and meats not over cooked and dry. Their sauces are very tasty and seasoned well. Some of the dishes seem over breaded and get a little soggy. Over all a nice local spot.

New Chans Palace is a little establishment on main st in eagle point. The food was very good with generous portions. By far our new favorite for Chinese food in the area.

The thing I love about this place is it’s very consistent with quality. Some of the best fried rice I have had that’s not too oily. Best when fresh. Good menu and friendly people. Rooted in the community. The family who runs it are very nice. Fast take out which is great. The only thing I can say that could some improvement is the place is a bit outdated. Needs a facelift and to be updated. A little remodel would spark some life on the indoor dining.

Store is very clean and quiet. Servers are super friendly, food comes out quick and is hot. I would definitely go back here and definitely recommend to friends and family. The price is pretty decent too.
