first off what I ordered they know how it comes .I called and asked for boneless chicken I received not a boneless cutlet but a pile of the sweet and sour chicken on vegetables . they tried to get away whit it .what a scam so I called and then sent me a cutlet should of been 2 nevertheless dry and no vegetables they couldn’t send me a hole dinner I had to assemble it stupid to say the least I through it out .ps don’t take the public for DUMMIES!!!!!

We’ve ordering from these guys for years and yeh a few years back we would occasionally get the wrong order but have never had any issues with food being bad … this is one of the very few that can do sweet and sour pork without overcooking it I highly recommend these guys

I’m from North Carolina and I went in New China I place my order being that you can look straight through the kitchen from the register I looked through the kitchen and close to the back door which was wide open I saw a galvanized tub with some kind of piping like PVC sticking out of the sides of this tub each pipe held a whole chicken ,No Ice on this raw chicken! I cancelled my order! This is horrendous! Seeing this and knowing what kind of bacteria this could cause was unreal!!!

I order special fry rice with chicken wings when I got home found the that unpleasant surprise of saggy friend fries … I called back and the told me to go back and get my rice and them I get regular plain rice … I do not recommend this place !!! Very poor customer service if they understand you

To start I got the wrong order, I asked for spare ribs combo and got shrimp and veggies. I told the lady it was wrong so she took out the shrimps and veggies but the spare ribs on top of the rise. I told her if she changed the rise because I’m allergic and she said yes. When I started eating I notice it still had residue of the shrimps sauce. And on top of all I saw the lady touching the trash can and went back to the kitchen to continue cooking no gloves and didn’t even wash her hands just nasty

If We could give 0 star Rating for this place of business we would. We ordered food online and everything was not fresh nor hot. All food including egg rolls tasted spoiled especially karb Rangoon had to drive to restaurant for refund and was greeted with hostility and rudeness from owners. The restaurant was very dirty and not clean and from reading other reviews online after our experience most definitely would not have ordered from New China. Worst food and horrible customer service. Customers Please don’t waste your money or time with this business.
