Most of the time the food is great and the waitresses have been very good. They have always gotten extra ice or tea, napkins, etc with out any problem. That is one of my favorite places to eat. I do miss the rice noodles but find lots of other good things to eat. I liked it better when they had the crab claws on the bar but love shrimp too and there is always plenty of them. Maybe if they only served the claws for the late meal would b great.

This is the worst experience I’ve had got there almost an hour before closing. The lady didn’t really want us to eat there. She kept saying they close at 9:30 which was almost an hour away. Our waitress never have us napkins nor any more drink or ask us if we needed anything. Food was old and cold. Just rude and worst ever and I usually like to eat here. Not sure that I will go back. Watched the lady turn away well over $100 in sales after us. Ridiculous the door should say close at 9. I used to manage a restaurant and this is absolutely NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THEN ITS $26.

This was the worst experience at this restaurant, I’ve had in a while after they fixed it up better and cleaned up the nasty bathrooms. Today the water tasted like dirty water in our glasses don’t know if it was the water it the ice, but it was nasty . Tables were not clean they were sticky even after we had them wipe it down. Went to the bathroom only to see that there was dried poop in the floor that appeared to have been there for a while. We will never go back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If it is past 7:45 pm. ……Don’t go….The buffet was space, it was cool, the hot tea was like warm, hardly any dessert items left unless you want to scrape the pan . Cold crab legs…..About 5 legs and not replenished. I was pretty darn well disappointed!!! I don’t mind spending 27.95 plus tip for two if it’s worthy but this was not. Not likely to return.

I work with kids, we wanted to take a off campus trip for dinner. We got there and sat down on the side of the restaurant where everyone else was sitting we had 6 people so we sat at a table that seated 8, we were told we couldn’t sit there after 3 bites of our food. So they moved us over to the far side of the restaurant and sat us down at another 8 seating table. No big deal except when they brought our drinks they were sat on the side of the table and then being I was in charge I handed the drinks out the waitress throws the straws in the middle of the table and walks away. Then I guess just to see how far they can push it they didn’t​ think that we needed to refill our drinks after we asked three times. Hands down worst service in Cleveland TN.

At least the ice cream was good. Everything was over cooked and warm at best. Grill area had raw shrimp in with mushrooms and chicken. The ice cream was good but for $14 for one person. I could get ice cream at the store. I drove across town expecting it to be better thanow the Die-nasty bUT was wrong…

I have been patient and understanding of buffet schedules, but I can no longer suggest this place anymore. It just simply isn’t up to baseline restaurant standards. Some physical improvements have been made, just not to the food. Cold food, dried out rice, greasy crab rangoon are just some things I would like to see improve. To each their own, this is just my opinion. After posting, I must add that they did get a 93 on their health audit.

There really is no since to leave a review as the place is closed. However I can see why it did close. Over the few years it was open it just seemed to slowly go down hill. Only good food was what came from the hibachi grill. You could tell by lack of customers there was a problem. However, instead of trying to fix the food to get more customers back they raised the prices. Bad mistakes put this place under. Shame as it use to be 4 or maybe 5 star.

Went there yesterday 7/10/17 and my friend found a dead roach in his cheesecake. The employees had no sympathy and made them pay with a 20% discount. On the same day someone found a roach crawling on the buffet at the salad area.

Didn’t even eat as I looked at it first. I was looking for a wider selection of choices, as well a higher quality meal. I didn’t even see any sushi. This is your everyday lunch offering. I don’t mind paying $20 or even $30 for too end fare. But this was $7.99 for dinner and worth every penny. That is TRULY about all though. I am needing higher quality food today as it is Labor Day. Probably ride on into Chattanooga. It is nestled in the old Wal-Mart shopping center which is a dead giveaway to the offering you are going to get. My mind has never been blown walking into a Asian buffet located in a Wal-Mart shopping center. And for that matter it probably never will.
