Called to place an order for pick up, the young lady was very courteous. Was told 10-15 minutes. Went 25 minutes later and it wasn’t ready yet which wasn’t a big deal as I only waited 3 minutes after that for it to be ready. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and is definitely family run as the kids are there which is nice to see.

I had the Chicken lo mein combo and it was gross. The chicken didn’t see cooked properly cooked. It was slimy and honestly didn’t taste like chicken. I don’t like caramelized onions and I think they were in there as well. The entire dish almost tasted like that. I was not able to eat much except the fried rice that wasn’t soaked in the sauce. The egg rolls were spicy as well which was weird. I will never order from here again.

General TSO very good, spare ribs petrified and dry, fried rice had metal taste, egg rolls fine on one end but burned on the other, chicken and broccoli good but too much oil. Atmosphere ok, but like nursery school.

I ordered at 6pm on a Saturday night and was told 10 to 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived 20 minutes and still had to wait additional 20 minutes. I had tickets for a concert and wanted to eat before . Now I had to inhale the food and was late to my event. They only had 1 guy cooking and the counter person was helping him. NEVER AGAIN

I had the wonton soup and it was bland, and the wonton were also blacked and under cooked, it tasted like soggy cardboard. Im never ordering again.

I am actually really disappointed in New China Cafe, my family would order this for years almost since they opened and we have always favored this place. They would add extras in with your bigger orders but I really don’t even mind that as so much the food change. Recently with new ownership I am assuming , the Rice tastes cheap, the chicken breading has differed and it’s either chewy, dry or just plain horrible waste of money. The egg rolls are about the only thing you can’t mess up I suppose. I feel like this was the only place to get good Chinese-American cuisine but now it falls next to the other low quality places.

Ordered the Kung Po shrimp platter had about 6 shrimps in it. Was filled about 3/4 with celery and the little corn tasted like dirt. Chicken lo Mein was good. Sesame chicken with pork fried rice was pretty dry with hardly any sauce. Quick delivery time, less than I was told. Would probably just try somewhere new instead of coming back
