Used to be one of mine and my wife’s favorite places to eat in Crewe but she’s been sick with food poisoning from this place for the past day and a half. New China has gone downhill and unfortunately we won’t be eating there any more.

This is pretty bad food. I dont even think its Chinese food. We ordered pepper chicken combo and general tso combo. The pepper chicken was soggy and raw. We had to put it in the air fryer to finish cooking it. It was salty and the rice swimming in grease. The general tso was way over cooked. Paid 23.50 for the two entrees and could not eat them. What a waste of time and money. Absolutely the worst food I have ever had. We put it in a plastic bag and threw it in the trash.

I absolutely love this family restaurant! We order take out as often as we can. They are fast and so friendly. The food is delicious too! Best eggrolls I’ve had! Highly recommend! Never had a bad experience in the two and a half years we’ve lived in town.

Everytime I order from here it’s always delicious, there’s never any problems and I also love how inexpensive their options are. However, when I ordered tonight I got a small order of Sweet and Sour Chicken with chicken fried rice, and he told me on the phone it would be $1.50 extra, which was fine. So I go get my food, pay, and go home and eat. When I opened my box of rice, I noticed it was darker and there was a pungent burnt smell. So I tasted it and sure enough- it was way over fried and burnt. I am disappointed because it’s always great every other time, and tonight was a special dinner for my boyfriend and I. I will definitely eat here again, but hope management reads this and takes this into consideration for future purposes.

Ordered Lunch Sesame Chicken Special with Eggrolls. Eggrolls had a strong taste and odor (ate only 1/2 of one due to taste and odor). Chicken was average/good. Pork Fried Rice was not what I have seen at other Chinese Restaurants and had a different taste (Not necessarily terrible). As per other reviews, they only accept cash (no cards accepted).

You would think with the extremely small portions and their high prices that the food would be somewhat good, however, it is mediocre at best. Not only was the food poor quality, but their General Tso’s chicken also gave me food poisoning. Save yourself the money and go anywhere, but here…

I got the general tso chicken and an egg roll, it was truly the best I’ve ever had. The tso’s sauce was thinner instead of the thick gloppy stuff. The egg roll was so nice and airy.

This place has really gone downhill and i wont be back. Today i ordered lo mein and 2 egg rolls. The lo mein was mush and the egg rolls were not cooked all the way and swimming in grease.
