I’ll start this off bye saying, I don’t know how the owner is able to have a business. I order a Uber pick up.I went to get my food told him my name an order, then he took it on himself to pick up other folks food an yelling that I was in there trying to still hard working people’s food, needless to say their was 15 plus other people in there while all of this was going down….I’ll Never give him another dime of my hard earned money….The only reason he got a star from me is because it’s the only way it would let me post……

Really good Chinese! Just as good as my favorite, Chans in Hernando. Special fried rice was 11/10. Great job!!! Not too salty, very flavorful. Gentleman on the phone who took my order was very friendly and informative.

When it comes to food, to each his own. Don’t judge the place by others reviews until you try it yourself. I personally love their food and haven’t been disappointed by any of their meals. The spare ribs, whether boneless or on the bone, paired with any of their fried rice options is always my go to meal.

Normally a very friendly and chatty owner, with mostly good food…until I placed an order and then presented him with the receipt from my prior purchase, letting him know that the chicken dish was not edible, that it was dry, tough and stringy and could not be eaten (it was definitely old and over cooked). Mr. HYDYDE appeared! He said the chicken is dry breaded not wet, (I feel as tho he was pretending to not understand what I was saying) and I should have brought it back right away, no refunds!!) I expressed that that was not so convenient. He then told me to order something different then (which i had just done, daaaa). That is when I walked out.

The owner needs to fix his attitude, the wrong order was placed, and mixed communications from staff to owner. Never had an issue with them. My pregnant wife and I wanted some Chinese food. My order for my food was fine. Ordered the chicken and broccoli and got spicy steak. Not good. Tried to fix the order 15 minutes after pick up at 816pm, not 9pm. The owner is rude beyond measure. Wasting my time and gas and resources. Not human like customer service. However, the best Chinese food in the area. Torn if I want to return or not. I’m not happy at all with this experience. Needs major rehal on how to handle customer relations. There is no need to relay wrong information.
