Reading some of these reviews and I’m super confused. They must have the wrong place, I’ve been eating here for years. My family and me think the food here is great! We’ve tried other Chinese restaurants in the area and this one definitely has the best tasting food. There’s two other restaurants that are closer to my house but I rather drive a little more for the quality. They were on vacation a few weeks ago and we gave another place a shot, but that was a mistake. The consistency is the best. Prices are extremely fair for the portions you get; usually enough for leftovers too. Regarding the reviews about lady/owner, I’ve never experienced any rudeness or anything, might just be some sort of cultural differences and expectations but she’s cool to me and nice to my kids. Not authentic. Absolutely horrible. Tasteless soggy Long egg noodles covered up by tasteless slimy gravy for chow fun. Chow fun noodles and the dish should have a wide soft rice noodle with a slight sear and should never be slimy. The beef should also be slightly seared with mild spices. There was no hints of any freshness. It should never have a weird slimy gravy. Crab Rangoon and egg rolls smell like old oil and was slightly chewy. Food is not edible. Will never order from here again. Extremely dissatisfied. Perhaps it’s who is cooking? I see other reviews and it looks like people have had great experiences. Yet my review very much mirrors up to the poor reviews around taste and quality. Wish I had the cook the good reviewers got. My experience was very poor.

Horrible place. All food is extremely spicy, frozen smoothies are awful and they are not smoothies -it is flavored ice( we tried every flavor and it is tasting like cheap no name drink flavors). For salt and pepper fish we never been warned it is spicy and they put jalapeño on it which not even Chinese. When we brought this to attention of owner lady she did not resolve it anyhow and make us look stupid by saying in naming of fish it said pepper which mean spicy, where does it said on a menu that jalapeño is included? I never seen at any place jalapeño on Chinese food. Also it is the most expensive item on your menu you should clarify if you changed ingredients. We spent 100 dollar worth on different sorts of food here to try and extremely disappointed. Stay away and take your money elsewhere.

Their food is pretty good and there’s a new guy there, new to me for about a few short months, who’s really, really nice. The nicest one I’ve ever encounter that. Because of him, I decided to keep patronizing the restaurant. I wish I could remember his name though. He works the register.

When I dine in I always order at the counter and when I give the owner my card I ask her to add her tip amount. This location is always busy but you can have a great lunch by following these two rules. She always serves me with care and I never have to wait to be served when I respect the fact that they are swamped with take out and pay this way. Perfect lunch before or after a trip to the library. Expect to hear students in conversation. The portions are very generous. You can save your coupon stickers for a free lunch!

Service is terrible! I went here twice both times they messed my order up. The second time my order was wrong the owner yelled at me as if I was the one to make the mistake. The person who takes the orders yelled that two wrongs don’t make a right when I complained about the owner yelling at me. Will not be visiting this place again.

Rudest people in all the Aurora area restaurant. The people at the register both the woman and the tall skinny dude are “ALWAYS” in a bad mood and respond disrespectfully to every customer, also I saw a poor food delivery guy trying to use the bathroom and the skinny tall guy screamed “toilet is only for customers” the delivery guy told him “I’m delivering your food” no no, it’s for paying customers only… I am not giving my money to these peoplel, there are other choices.
