Ordered on Seamless and it was a disaster. Food was extremely late and the driver made the same wrong turn away from the house TWICE. The order was wrong (boneless spare ribs were not boneless) and the food was disgusting (rice way overcooked and flavorless, ribs chewy, sesame chicken sour and stringy, dumplings bland). Order was refunded by Seamless. Never again!

I order from them all the time and their is new lady employee who very nasty . She dont know how to talk to people. I think she think she is still in china. The service i ordered and paid they never brought the food. She told me we stole it . The delivery guy took it to the wrong door. I tried to show her camera, She did not want to see them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND SEVERAL ITEMS WERE MISSING!!! WHEN I CALLED TO ASK CAN I PICK UP THE MISSING ITEMS SO THE DELIVERY GUY DOESNT HAVE TO COME BACK, THEY TOLD ME NO THEYRE NOT GIVING ME ANYTHING. THE FOOD ISNT GREAT FOR THEM TO ACT THE WAY THEY DO. They play games with the prices and I especially told them separate my food into small orders for each thing you see and they put it together. Guess I learned and they lost a customer. Stop acting you dont understand me either when I catch you out in the BS when you take my order as well. Cause the next customer may not be so nice when you cheat them.

The delivery driver is a very nasty person he put the food down on the steps and when my son handed him the money he just turned and walked away !!! He didn’t even have the decency to hand it to my son like my son handed him the money and I was watching from my ring camera . Even when he called to say he was downstairs he was extremely rude . The first time it happened I thought maybe he’s having a bad day but every time is ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from them ever again, to many Chinese places around to deal with this rude one. He would never get a tip from me and we are great tippers

Wish I could take my tip back. I gave instructions to leave my order on the porch assuming responsibility if God forbid someone takes it. Instead the delivery person chooses to return to the restaurant with my food and I get a nasty call from a lady saying why didn’t I pick up. The food is ok. But I hate the way they shake people down for tips over the phone. I will never order from this place again. Usually, establishments earn their tips with good business. But they way they ask if there’s a tip for the driver over the phone?? It’s f’k them for life. Two thumbs way down

this is june 24 2022, at 9:08pm I CALLED FOR DELIVERY AND I TOLD HER TO REPEAT MY ORDER SHE SAID IT RIGHT, SO WHEN THEY DELIVER IT i opened the bag AND MY ORDER IS WRONG and when i called tried to tell her NICELY the LADY YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON saying THATS NOT HOW I ASKED FOR.
