We ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls and 2 pork. They all seemed to be shrimp ( we opened them up to check) and my husband can’t manage shrimp anything. They heard us out and fixed it right away. They have the best customer service around d! Thank you from 709!

2 times now I have ordered beef spare ribs and it’s literally been dry beef super thin and rubbery cut in squares. Basically beef jerky. I told them it didn’t look anything like the picture that they had displayed. They told me “no it doesn’t look like that”. I told the guy working that I had them before, I tried a friends and they were good. The guy basically gave me my money back and shewed me out. He didn’t even offer to replace the meal

Tried to a order delivery for red roof was told I had to order $15 to get delivery on the menu said $10 for delivery was told it was a long ways away Hong Kong is only $10 there almost the same distance

We have always gotten great food there. They deliver to us in a timely manor and it’s always hot and fresh! They know our order pretty well since we have been ordering for 10yrs! The owner, who answers the phone most of the time, has never been rude to us. She double checks for accuracy of the order… I get it!

Food is good! Delivery speed was your average. About 30 minutes, so I’d say that’s pretty good on top of needing to good the food and the place being 10 minutes away from me. My sauce is still warm, and my food is hot to the point it burned my mouth, but I’d rather have hot food than cold lol. Delivery driver Devon R, through Door Dash was very nice.

Unimpressed. From what I remember, this used to be a really good spot for Chinese takeout. That’s definitely not the case anymore, unfortunately. Placed quite a large order, approximately $60, and each meal was not tasty (and I’m being kind). We had a few sick belly’s that night. Won’t return.

I used to order here all the time, it’s just not the same anymore, the people that answer the phone are very rude. The store hours don’t match the website and now getting it delivered is too far for them. It’s a 7 minute drive.

I ordered 2 orders of fried crispy noodles, 1 lg general tsos, 1 chicken & broccoli combo w/chicken fried rice, white rice, 2 shrimp egg rolls and 2 orange crush cans of soda. All of that for under $40 bucks. Haha run that!
