Really disappointed in the food. I’d get a refund if I could. Ordered orange chicken, got whatever this is. The lighting makes it look more orange. I swear it’s brown. I’ve also had better microwaved rice. The egg roll was flavorless too. I only came here because my other go to asian places were closed. Next time I’ll just eat panda.

I just ordered hot and spicy soup, chicken low main and Mongolian beef from here and I’m totally disappointed in taste and look of food. Hot and spicy soup was low on mushrooms almost none, but had carrots, mini corn, green beans, and all other ingredients that I never saw in hot and spicy soup before. Completely tasteless!

Customer service meeehhh… but in general it was a good experience my first here it was good i’ll definitely go back. They give us this little soup as an appetizer it comes with crackers it was really good to open the hungriness we also ordered spring rolls and pot stickers they were delicious. This place is terrible I was going to go somewhere else but couldn’t find so I settled for this place, I walked and I asked the guy up front is the food gold, he said yes its good. There was a old Chinese man so I thought this would be authentic Chinese. Very bad food. Pot stickers were not even fried just boiled they tasted ok, chicken fried rice was very dry and lacked flavor judging by the other reviews they do not check them to make positive changes, do not eat here very very very bad food

I have LOVED this place since I was a kid. The owners are nice and the food is consistently good and has never disappointed me once in the last 20ish years. Great food at a great price

I’ve been looking for a place that has crab/cream cheese wontons. When I looked on DoorDash, it was on their menu, Hooray! …… Except not hooray. One of the wontons was completely empty and the rest only had cream cheese, no crab at all. I was disappointed to say the least. The lomein was pretty good, as was the sweet and sour chicken, so they’ve got that going for them. Would I get their food again? Meh, probably not.

Service is prompt, but food isn’t my favorite. It was hot and fresh, but really lacking in flavor or any oomph. We won’t be back.

The food was well seasoned and very hot. The egg drop soup had more vegetables in it than I usually have but tasted very good, overall a good experience.

Just ordered from here for the first time. The chow main is %90 wet cabbage. There was hardy any noodle, the chicken was boiled, the worst iv seen out of a chow main. The fried rice looks old, the sesame chicken looks old, the pot stickers were boiled or microwaved. And it had a weird funk to the smell. I usually don’t complain about food, or write a negative review about diners beacuse i understand the type of buisness. But when I called the store to talk about the poor condition of the food and see if there was a remedy, he was argumentative from the get go. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, told me if I wanted wet noodles it needed to look like this. And refused to fix the problem. I asked for a refund, he said yes come in and bring the food back. We didn’t eat anything, and immediately brought it back. When I got there, he told me he couldn’t refund it because it was was a online order. I asked why did he tell me to bring it here if he couldn’t refund it it in the first place? We ordered on there website, not a third party delivery service. He said he would credit it back, but couldn’t give me a confirmation receipt, so he wrote on my recipt that I already had “will credit order”. All in all, I kept my cool, and only wanted to get a refund for 45 bucks worth of food that was really poor quality. The owner is a rude, very argumentative individual. And he doesnt care. Just absolutely dumb founded.
