This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered garlic knots, meatballs, and a pepperoni pizza. The knots were nicely done, great flavor with a nice marinara. The meatballs were OK, a little on the mushy side. The pizza had some crust issues. No Matter how I handled it everything just slid off. I ended up eating crust and then forkfulls of cheese and pepperoni. No body at all to the crust. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.2.

Food isn’t that good. Husky pizza in Coventry is much better. The main issue I have is the lack of decent customer service. My delivery was left at the wrong door, in the rain. And they told me it was because of the vegetables on my grinder. Essentially blaming the customer for their menu options and delivery drivers mistake. I was told there is no refund possible and no remake of my food. I spent $42 on food which was all cold wet and completely inedible. Save yourself and your pockets and go somewhere else.

My husband and I can’t get enough of this place! While they haven’t been open long, they’ve made us feel like family whenever we order…which I’ll admit….is several times a month. Our favorites so far are the tacchino & pesto chicken paninis, the chicken tender salads, the tuna wraps and the calzone. But there is still so much more we want to try! While our wallet and waists wish the food sucked (lol) – our hearts and tastebuds are happy they are right down the road! The image is my panini from tonights dinner – the Italian. I hear they are under new management/owners. I have ordered the fried pickles twice in the last month alone. They are amazing. Not greasy and the batter is the best. The “H” restaurant used to be my favorite but not any more. Keep up the good work. Great customer service as well.

I will never order from this restaurant again. I ordered three grinders and went down the list of ingredients and modified as we wanted. The grinders were delivered as the general item listing rather than made with the modifications we clearly indicated. We could not eat them because of allergies. I called and the manager argued with me insisting Door Dash should somehow be responsible for issuing a refund, even though they had nothing to do with the errors. He carried on arguing and not listening to me at all, speaking over me, only defending himself and not even hearing me for quite a while, refused to either remake our grinders or refund us, and finally hung up on me. I am so livid at the total unwillingness to make this right! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. With fees it was over $60 for three grinders and 2/3 we couldn’t even eat. I have literally never even written a review before but this is wrong.

This was the best spot to go for so long. Now it is under new ownership in 2021. I was in shock when I saw how unprofessional the staff was. The once tasty pizza from here is now cafeteria pizza. The paninis were so soggy that they just fell apart. I’m not sure what happened with the sweet family who truly cared about putting out good food. But I hope these new owners get it together. Disappointment all around.
