New hans makes great food, I enjoy their dishes! But the customer service here is bad. The young man at the front of the restaurant is always very rude and has a very unpleasant attitude. He always seems irritated and treats customers rudely. I have never been greeted kindly at this restaurant, and I order all the time. When ordering takeout on the phone he is always rushing and often messes up my orders. Food here is great and I love supporting small businesses but as a customer, the customer service needs to change. Please treat your customers better! Be kind, patient, and greet your customers, who help support your business.

Very difficult to obtain mustard condiments and napkins. The other condiments, soy sauce, too much salt, and duck sauce, too much sugar is plentiful but I trash them since I am on low sodium no sugar diet.

Now even though I didn’t obtain a degree, I do consider myself a bit of a Chinese food expert and this place is solid! It passed my test where atleast two out of the three dishes has to hit – wangz, general tsos and chicken and broccoli. Which one helped them pass? Well you’ll just have to go and find out for yourselves! … spoiler: it’s the one that rhymes with chicken and broccoli!

Purchased walk in take out. When I arrived home with it. I discovered the food was horrible. It was the worse Chinese take out I have ever encountered. The Egg Drop soup was absolutely tasteless. It was heavy on the gelatin and very bland. The Shrimp fried rice was equally as bad. The rice was very crunchy.
