Ok hear me out! I worked in the food industry for about 5 years! Let me tell you this place “red flag after red flag” i just didn’t wanted to be rude and walk out.. When I was ordering a men walked from the kitchen in sandals and a grey muscle shirt, all stain and sweaty like if he had just worked out.. and starting screaming to the lady taking my orden.. after ordering I looked next to the countertop and see food being prepare(crab rangoon) like right then and there, I guess she got busy and left it there … air open(hence this is not the kitchen, this is the front counter top by the register)!! Ok so i get to the hotel ready to eat my food… oh noo!!! the spicy beef tasted like the smell of the restaurant :’( i dnt know how to describe it.. then the lomain tasted like nothing and it was very soggy like if it wasn’t cooked completely idk it was a very weird experience! I hate throwing food but i just cannot!!! So sad i was actually really hungry and craving some good Chinese food!

Had the shrimp fried rice, it was delicious and the rice was perfectly cooked. They were very generous with the portion size and the amount of shrimp in it as well(I probably could of filled this bowl 4 or 5 times). I also got the crab rangoon, it was very good.

It is a bit pricey, however, you really get good food for your buck. I highly recommend the sesame chicken wings. I love chicken wings. And those are the best chicken wings I can ever remember eating. And I tried to think back if I had any better wings. I can’t. They are the best.

Some dishes are good, some are horrendous. The General Tso’s Chicken was very standard and good quality/taste, but the Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken w/ mixed vegetables were disgusting. The “teriyaki sauce” was like brown water, super runny and not at all flavorful or sweet. The chicken w/ mixed veggies also sat in a pool of brown water that smelled more like a stagnant puddle than broth or sauce.

Why did it take me so long to find this little gem? Fantastic food, great portions from a drive thru. The food is fresh and made to order. No reheated food or food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp. Portion size is huge and prices are consistent with other places selling similar food entrees. Try this you won’t be sorry.

Sadly my customer service was horrific today, I have been a long time patron of 4 years with Hong Kong and my order history is 40 to 50 orders deep, meaning I order a lot and one out of 5 times the Generals chicken is mostly breading, hard and over fried or not fresh. Today was the second time in my entire ordering history to return the dish, they made me a fresh Generals chicken but 3 different employees argued with me even though they had the crusty chicken right in front of them. I didn’t eat the replacement for fear they had tampered with it since they had such a bad attitude about the exchanging of old chicken for fresh chicken. They also said they “fried it less time” for the second batch. Luckily I took a photo of the first dish and I’ve posted a photo of both dishes. It’s a shame on their part to deny evidence that was right in front of their faces. I will never order from them again. I will add, we typically get delivery and we’ve been patient with delivery taking up to two hours and still didn’t get upset. I am a fair person and would have gladly continued to be a customer if they had been accepting of their mistake/crusty chicken .

Great Food, Great Service, very clean! not a very big place but me, my wife, and son were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They sat us down immediately and took our order immediately. definitely will be returning!

Got the Shrimp with Vegetables dinner special via drive thru. Food was fresh cooked to order, very tasty, and good sized portion. Only thing I would do differently it to call ahead instead of ordering at window. Would have saved about 10 min. Definitely going back and try other dishes.

So yeah… Health department needs to pop in on this place! Scary the way food was being prepped. I’m definitely never eating here again! No gloves being used on the shrimp they were cutting with scissors and not holding at the proper temperature! Gross! If I could, zero stars! Plus the lady in black was super rude!
