Food was cooked, delivered and arrived 18-20 minutes after I ordered. (which I didn’t mind waiting the 45 minutes, as long as I knew they was cooking my food the way I ordered it.) The woman who delivered the order tried to burn me and give me a different price from what that person at the restaurant quoted. I had to call them back and tell them that the driver was charging more than the price he was telling me it was. When I opened the food, the chicken was soft. I ordered it to be crispy, it was soft and damp from the oil. I think Gold Pot on elmwood Ave is Much better. It’s just that new hong kong delivers so I tried them. But it really wasn’t worth it after the driver tried to rip me off and the order was rushed. The food doesn’t have any taste really either. It was tasteless

The food made me sick to my stomach. I’m new in town. I moved from Massachusetts to Rhode Island. I saw them at the corner and thought it would be nice to bring home some chinese food for my wife and I. Well let me just say, the food came out to be extremely dried, chewy and oily. I should have read these reviews first but I was very hungry that I did not think to check the reviews. This restaurant should close down. Like they are just embarrassing. Please do not eat here. Health inspector should check on them. Smh.

My daughter order egg rolls from here last night the meat inside was under cook disgusting, as soon as we saw what was inside we knew was under cook is pork for God’s sake cook your food correctly even if the customer have to wait a few more minutes my daughter vomit twice. Will never order from this place again. Be careful with the food from here.

Terrible food/service. My wife ordered chicken chow mein and she got grinded up lettuce with 4 tiny strips of chicken. I ordered spare rib on the bone and the ribs tasted rotted and weren’t fresh and they were black. Just doesn’t taste like fresh well maintained food. My son ordered general Taos chicken and came out his room saying the food sucks anf it taste like cardboard. Will not be returning and I advise u to not also.
