I do love the food it comes out hot and fresh from kitchen but everything we asked for they will ask more money, like they will charged you for some spicy sauce or fresh chili. It takes more than 30 minutes for your food to be ready, so make sure you have a lot of spare time to come here

We ordered crispy orange beef with fried rice today along with other things. We were given orange chicken with beef rice, when I called to explain she asked me if I could come back to get correct order and I told her I would. When I went back the man behind the counter ignored me while on the phone. Eventually another employee had to point me out again. I explained my issue , he called someone on the phone and yelled on the phone with them for over 5 minutes. Then a lady from the restaurant called me on my phone and said they would exchange it but I had to bring the food back and pay 2.95 difference. I had to go get the food again and come back. Then the man behind the counter scolded me for some bites being out of the food, I told him of course we tasted it, that’s how we knew it was wrong. He was not going to let me exchange it for the new food, I asked him why he was upset , was he going to try to serve it to someone else? Noticing the customers watching he came from behind the counter and threw it away in the garbage for all to see. O then was given the new food that I had to pay extra for. After paying 50 bucks for the wrong food, three trips to the store and extremely rude service I would never go back. To make it worse then we had to eat cold unappealing food.

I called my order in as I always do and it was not to my satisfaction. I called them and spoke with the manager and he stated that he would replace my order the following day. Mind you, I had only ordered shrimp, and they gave me the shrimp combination. The shrimp were fried to hard and you could taste the burnt taste. There was no way that I was going to pay for the order.

I ordered pickup via Uber Eats. I placed a ‘note’ that someone else would be picking up the order. These people ARGUED for the longest time (in another language) about the order that had my name on it, and still refused to give it to the person. I called once and spoke with someone who told me to keep my line open, the manager would call me back. After that, they began hanging up on me. We essentially received the order. Never again! They should be deleted from Uber Eats! Dreadful Customer Service!

Not even 1 Star. The food was basically just plain disgusting. When I asked to see the owner they made me wait a bit before an ancient old asian man came to the counter, looked me up and down and nodded for me to leave. That’s what this place is. The only time it’s busy is when the cruise ships are in town and it’s full of foreign workers who don’t live here. Multiple sanitation violated listed. Beware.

Expensive and nasty! This is the worst Chinese food I ever tasted! No flavor in the bland fried rice. Bourbon chicken also had no flavor. It was soggy and guey too. There were no vegetables in the so-called fried rice either. The broccoli was too hard. The chicken tasted funny and had a strange after taste. I had to wait on the food for 35 minutes. They didn’t send my egg rolls, which may have been the better part of the meal. Me and my Husband threw all of the food in the garbage. The sesame chicken made my stomach hurt. $74 down the drain! This is a bootleg Chinese/Hong Kong food place! It’s sad! Oh, and I’m still hungry.
