The Wings are not fresh it’s like old freezer burn meat they’re trying to get rid of. I had to throw away my food the wings weren’t good. Otherwise from that I would’ve have given 4stars because the place is clean.

The staff at New Long Lane Pizza are so very friendly. They even bring my order next door when I have an appointment at my barber’s. Oh yeah and the food is EVERYTHING!! Especially their cheese steaks and pizza.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! This establishment has gone down hill from the food and it’s quality to the customer service. I’ve never experienced customer service so poor!! I ordered at 6:39 and asked how long would it take- the person told me 30-40 minutes. My food wasn’t delivered until 7:46. I live 3 minutes WALKING from the establishment and my pizza arrived cold! When I called, someone got on the phone and told me it’s nothing they could do. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and the person on the phone was completely rude! They forgot my sodas I ordered so I was given the option to actually return the pizza when the delivery person came back, as if my children weren’t already hungry from waiting so long. This was the absolute worst experience I had with a pizza shop. No care for others. I will never order from here again!
