Very friendly family-run place. Once they ordered Tubi so we could watch a soccer game and last night we were treated to a fabulous singing server covering Adele. Lots of great food options – from burrito bowls, mussels, pasta, steak to wings. In summer there’s a lovely garden.

Okay, this place has a great ambiance (gorgeous patio), and the most adorable owners. They were running around talking to, and waiting on, all the customers. We had tacos for dinner, the meat on them was phenomenal, but they could have been a little more flavorful. Margarita was perfect, and everything was reasonably priced.

I’m sooo happy to have found Cowboy Ron and his awesome wife Shana’s New Moon Cafe just a hop and a skip away from our second home in HB!! They have been in business for over 40 years and are open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner and have a really cool very southwestern feeling restaurant and also a beautifully stocked bar. All of course is safely in the guidelines for Covid safety precautions and rules too.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Let’s start with the atmosphere. It has a warm, welcoming, cozy and patriotic vibe. The decor is perfect. I hope the owner never changes it because the look sets it apart from every other restaurant. Every time we’ve been there, we’re greeted and seated by the nicest people. The wait staff is so friendly. My family & I love to sit in the booths. They’re very comfortable and nicely designed, open booths. I’m not sure what it is about the air in this place but even the patrons who sit at tables near each other, complete strangers to one another upon entering, converse, share laughs and leave as aquaintances. The positive energy is contagious. We live about an hour away from the cafe and try to make it out once a week. One of the nicest things about New Moon, is that the owner always comes over to our table to ask how we are. He has a contagious big smile and angel blue eyes. I don’t know him at all but I get the feeling that it brings him joy to see everyone reveling in the space that he built. The food is delicious. We go there on nights that have live music and it’s a great time. The musicians are fantastic. I’m so happy we found New Moon Cafe.
