Overall, the food at New Ocen Chinese fast food is good, and there are a variety of choices. They also do reservation parties, and the price is affordable. The location is located on the bustling International Avenue. Today I ordered fried beef with broccoli, it was ok but too salty, and there were a few flies flying around in the cafeteria. Hope to improve with suggestions.

When I went to the restaurant few days ago and I ordered my food. They tried to raise the price on my order. They over charged my order by three dollars. When I pointed out that they over charge for my lunch the waitress look at the menu and she corrected it my price of my food to correct price
