I ordered the fried chicken meal. The chicken was dark and tasted burnt. So I sent it back but was told that I couldn’t get my money back but they will redo the food. So I changed my meal to fried catfish instead. It took 30 more minutes to get it. So I had to get it to go because it took so long. Then I get the bill, the manager charged me $10 for a piece of catfish and $7 for fries. Really?? They messed up my order which was $18 and I ended up paying basically the same price. My bill was $75. Terrible customer service and I won’t be going back again!!!!

I had a 5:30 reservation. We were seated and waited 40 minutes to even get a waitress to take our food and drink order. When we were finally able to order we ordered from the menu and the drinks came AFTER the food. So at that point we were just happy to eat. While eating we noticed the chicken tasted strange and then all of a sudden BLOOD GUSHES from the chicken. 3 different “managers” came to the table and tried to make us pay for the meal and drinks… in all fairness they offered to remake the food but at that point, absolutely not. Please just take it off and we can leave. One of the people in our party vomited up their pasta as a result of seeing the bloody chicken. The entire male kitchen staff came out to our table I suppose encourage us to pay but we werent having it. They eventually settled on paying for just drinks which was fine. The owner’s son was there who refused to speak to us and we asked for an email or name for the owner to no avail. Terrible experience we will be following up!

Disappointed IG over hyped this place and the food was not good I ordered the Louisiana barbecue shrimp and it’s actually buttered shrimp, the blue crab weren’t cleaned properly and still had the gills on them. Two beverages, one dozen oysters and some voodoo roll cost $98! Also there is a 15% service fee the dinning tables are directly next to the men’s restroom and there were nats flying around our table the entire time.

The food here is amazing!! My daughters and I came here for lunch and let me tell you the food is so well seasoned and was just absolutely delicious! Our serve SiSi was so sweet and attentive! I definitely recommend anyone to stop by if you want a delicious meal that seems like it came straight out of a NOLA grandmas kitchen. I couldn’t even get proper pics of the food before my daughters dug in

Absolute worst restaurant experience. We 1st went up to the rooftop and sat for about 20 minutes, and no one came to greet us or anything (we were told to seat ourselves). So the bar became clear and we sat there. My boyfriend ordered wings, and I ordered crawfish etouffee. His wings come out about 15-20 minutes later. I’m still waiting for my food. About 35 minutes went by, and I asked the bartender about my food (She was very sweet and none of it was her fault). She checks and lets me know that the kitchen is backed up. Okay. So an hour goes by, and I still don’t have my food. It’s my birthday weekend, I’m starving and late for my next stop, so I just ask for it to go. Another 30 minutes goes by, and they bring me my food in a to-go box. No bag or plastic ware. Again, I had etouffee, I’m expecting my food to be in a container, not a box where it can spill out. I’m like, whatever, I’m hungry and need to head to the next destination so I’ll eat in the car. So we ended up complaining, and everybody else was too. Like, literally. So many other guests had issues it was actually sad. The manager said she’ll take 25% off the bill (it should have been the whole thing). we had already paid though, and because of that, they couldn’t fix it. Okay, whatever. I get to the car and open the box. My CRAWFISH etouffee had 3 pieces of meat, and it looked and tasted like rice and gravy. The fish on the side was not seasoned, and they forgot my French bread. The food was absolutely disgusting. I was so mad. I waited to eat, to wait to eat just to actually eat and it be trash. The only good thing about this place was the music. 0/10. Don’t waste your time and money.

So on the menu there is lamb chops for $45 that was not actually available. Then there were some other items on the menu again not available. We were given plastic ware fork and a paper tablecloth. I don’t believe that is fitting in a restaurant who charges that much for their dishes. Our server was very good but not that knowledgeable. She was very apologetic for all the things that they did not have. When I did actually get my oysters and chicken fettuccini it was very good so the cook does know what he’s doing. For a New Orleans themed spot had no New Orleans music. The other servers had a lot of personal conversation that was very loud and disturbing. Again the food was good but that’s about it. I will not be returning or recommending.

Went on a Saturday night and it was not crowded. My food was so good. I got the gulf fish and shrimp po boy. The fish and shrimp were fried perfectly. The bread was soft and crunchy. It was perfect. I would order it again. I will return. I also ordered the bread pudding, darn it was so good. The restaurant was different then the New Orleans location, but I still loved it.

Let’s start by saying this, if you EVER had food from New Orleans then this place is not what you want to help you reminisce. Popeyes is better than this place. I know I know, that’s harsh! But I can explain. I had poboy and seafood gumbo. The poboy had a total of 6 shrimps (very small) for 19.00 dollars. I give it a 5 out of 10. The seafood gumbo was the worst I’ve ever had. The roux was like water and tasted like it was mad on thanksgiving of 2021. I would give it 1 out of 10. To owner, please revamp or remove. The customer service was not what you would expect for a establishment in this touristy area. Waiter kept forgetting to place orders, supply us with eating utensils. Never heard of a mandatory tip for party of two. Overall you can visit Popeyes and get more authentic New Orleans cuisine.

Hello Friends. Stopped in to New Orleans Creole Cuisine for lunch. Started off very well. Drinks were really good, started off with the 99 and 2000’s and the Outchea. Very tasty but not super strong. Moving on to the appetizers were we tried the Jazzy Hot Wings.. came out very hot and fresh, weren’t hot at all more of Asian zing from BW3. Either way they were delicious. For dinner we chose the Cajun Lamb Chops and Salmon. The food was good, but that’s it. Nothing to make me tilt my head and make me close my eyes lol. It wa not fresh and it was overly sauced to were the sauce made it good. See what I mean? Not Eye closing good. Also not Ascetically pleasing, the bathrooms were dirty and there was a big standing g water puddle a table the entire visit. Drinks are good and service is good. So far it’s not a revisit location. Sorry
