They didn’t answer their phone to reserve table so we could get on a list to get a grill tabl. 10 min to get drinks after order. ?another worker? Came to our table talking about someone not getting food. Got food in 15 mins after ordering. Had to get someone else to get refills on our drinks. When we got drinks bk she handed all 4 of us the wrong drinks. Brought us dessert we didn’t order

Excellent food. Excellent service. I am always picky about sushi because I am an Islander. Their sushi was excellent and so were their dining hibachi options. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and even made some excellent recommendations!

This place is awesome! Food is always great, staff is very friendly, atmosphere is wonderful. You can bring the family here for a fun dinner or you can bring a date here for a quiet table to yourselves. The pricing is a bit on the higher side but the food is worth the price. Highly recommend!

The last two times I’ve been here they forget my appetizers and I didn’t get them until I’m about to leave. And today my mother got her meal 30 min before my grandmother and I did. She obviously wanted to wait for ours by then her meal had gotten cold. The food has always been good, but the service is really going downhill. I tried giving them another chance, but it just got worse.

Service was excellent. The waitstaff seated us quickly & took our order immediately. Food was fast. We missed lunch which disappointed me. I can’t eat much at a time. I feel the dinner portions are too much food & expensive. I lived in Japan for many years so it’s very hard to find Japanese food that appeases me. I felt that the teriyaki flavoring was a bit bland. It’s a one and done for me.

Throughout the new ownerships of this restaurant, it has slowly deteriorated to todays bad standards. We recently ate there, service was extremely poor. The poor young waitress didn’t know the menu and I had to correct our order several times, remind her we needed water, I didn’t get my soup/salad and had to remind her and didn’t get my entree for over an hour..at that point I took my dinner to go (my husband did get his in good time). Both soup options are now horrible for some reason , to the point even the staff knew it was bad. My 2 favorite dishes ( udon and bento box tempura) recipes have changed and are equally bad now. The sushi was still ok…so if we ever go back I will only order that. So sad it’s become this bad we used to love this restaurant.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way to Mountain Home on a business trip. Service was prompt and friendly. I was quite surprised to meet 2 of the Indonesian servers in this part of town since I speak the same language. I also had another young gentlemen as my server.

In the past some of my experiences here was not the best. Food was always good, but the service was not the best. Tonight was a completely different experience!
