Ordered here for years. Recently order a couple of times and the delivery took a while. Tonight we ordered and we had to call 4 times, over a hour and a half. The last call I told her no we don’t want the food and then she proceeded to tell me that they did not have the address, then then saying it will be there in a few minutes every time we called and despite our saying no they went ahead after the fact and cooked the food and delivered it and had the driver pleasing with us to take the food. We felt bad and paid for the food. I then called to speak with the owner to complain and the owner pretended not to be the owner and then tried to put me on hold. I told her she lost our business. Never ordering from there again.

I should have saved the food so that I could have taken a picture of it. I have been going here on and off for about 12 years or more. The quality has gone down, and there should not be any debate on this. I ordered a boneless barbeque spare rib combo with and order of chicken wings. I swear the the chicken still had 35 percent of its feathers still attached. The spare ribs did not seem fresh to me. I ate some of the spare ribs, and was displeased. I looked at the chicken and thought to myself, “Why are you eating this garbage?” I believe wasting food is a sin but I dumped all of the chicken in the trash. I said never again after this experience. For me, I work hard, I show love and respect, I (WE) deserve better quality than this.

The chicken was over cooked, it looked like it was warmed up from the day before, I ordered a side of yellow rice it was like a minute into being brown rice. I got like no sauce, I tried getting extra and they told me they had already put some in but I open it when I got home and she had only put 1 soy and 1 hot sauce. I wasn’t even allowed to get more sauce they were like not too much like excuse me my family likes having a decent amount of sauce and last time I checked it was complimentary. They also take so long to prepare. My past experience here were great a few years back but today I was disappointed.

We have ordered food from here for a few years occasionally because they take forever to deliver and it’s inconvenient. But tonight was the final straw. We ordered two combination plates. The sweet-and-sour chicken arrived without sweet-and-sour sauce (after waiting an hour and a half). I called the restaurant and they said they would contact the driver. Ended up eating some of the chicken (4pieces) and just using duck sauce because at that point it was almost 7 o’clock. I called the restaurant back 35 minutes later to find out what was happening only to be told that I would have to speak with the woman who is delivering the forgotten sauce because she’s “The boss”. I spoke with “The boss” when she arrived and ended up asking for a refund for that combination plate even though I had eaten some of it without the sauce. She was arguing about it and asked for the food back! When she saw some of the chicken had been eaten she said she didn’t want it. Apparently if it had not been eaten she would have “fed her staff” with it she said. I am not at all convinced that she would not have resold that food. I am disgusted thinking that it might have happened in the past. I will contact my bank and ask them to deal with it because I just do not need to be arguing with this woman on my front porch about a refund for meal that they screwed up. She took the food back with her.

I enjoy the food here, so I decided to try them for delivery. Terrible disappointment. Since I was a loyal customer, I gave them several chances and it’s been hit or miss. On two occasions, they never showed even when I called to ask what happened. On another occasion, they brought the wrong order and argued with me over the phone that they were in the right. When you are tired and hungry after work or when you are busy with company, who has the patience for such poor service? If you can’t handle delivery, don’t offer the service. The food is good and I would give them more stars on quality and taste. However, due to their inability to handle delivery properly, I am giving then two stars.

Food was tasteless no flavor dull all the way. The only thing that was amazing was plain lo mein combo. Ordered shrimp with garlic sauce and it was bad and my husband ordered boneless ribs and they were hard, burnt and just not good. We also ordered the fried dumplings and they were disgusting and the sauce was super watery. DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!
