The food was super delicious and loved the balance on the bread and meats. The bread was buttery and fresh tasting. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and everything was cooked to perfection! The restaurant is in an old building and it has thay cool historic feel to it and it’s spacious! The waitress was attentive but occasionally was in her phone and unfortunately it was when we needed something but overall it wasn’t bad.and The selection on the menu was very good.

I finally returned to eat here after many many years. We ordered the brisket sandwich, the brisket melt, and one of the burgers. All were excellent. Service was excellent. I dont know if there are free refills on the drinks as the cups are very large, and i didnt ask. I highly recommend. This is a must stop. Congrats to this establishment. Well done.

What a wonderful experience, I had to try the Philly steak sandwich with homemade fries. My friend had the grilled chicken melt with homemade fries. Both sandwiches were delicious and quite filling. I highly recommend this establishment.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal! I had time to kill before a flight home and found this little gem. Got the bomber burger based on the staff suggestion, and it was delicious! The fries were fresh cut, very tasty. The atmosphere was not fancy but comforting with friendly attentive staff, great music, and lots of Beatles memorabilia, and a little Elvis too!

This was one of the worst meals I’ve had in Harlingen. The food was greasy and bland, the water tasted like chemicals and the menus were paper menus were dirty and stained. The waitstaff was decent but disorganized. This place needs a re-vamp for sure.

When we got there the room smelled a little funky. I ordered a delicious navy bean/pastrami soup though. Then i had the carnagie. Wow. Best sandwich and fries ive had in awhile. Worth the price!

Went for Philly Steak sandwiches. We were brought our drinks and menu. Then we sat and waited while the employees just stood at the counter talking. Finally flagged an employee down and she acted like, Oh you haven’t been waited on yet? There were only a few other people in there so not like they couldn’t see us sitting there waiting for someone to take our order. Ask for the Philly steak sandwich and was told they didn’t have the meat to make that sandwich and we had to change our order. Why weren’t we told that when we got our menus? Then my husband had to go up and ask for a box for our leftovers. Then we had to go up and say we never got our bill and we’d like to pay and get out of here. If you want a good sandwich they have it, but order it for takeout as there service is a minus 1 star. For good service and sandwiches go to the one in McAllen on Dove Street.
