WORST CASHIER EVER( girl with the hood on). There was a long line per usual. I went to the window to order my food. I put in our order, gave my phone #, asked how long til the food is ready . She told me then went about her business. So I thought we pay when we pick up. She didn’t ask for payment or state total. Nothing. I drove all the way home . Waited the 30 mins and came to pick up my order… she said ohhh no honey we didn’t make your order, you cut me off and walked out. Like what?????? Where do you even get that from???? Definitely never going to this location again. Worst service ever.

I will never patronize this establishment again. I visited this restaurant on April 20, 2023 at 6:30pm.I was picking up my food. I observed one of the workers at the window an African American woman with short hair blow her nose,then wipe her nose with the tissue. She did not wash her hands because she was in plain sight and continued to handle the food. When I told her notto touch my food she began to argue with me that she washed her hands. I told her she did not as I watched her in plain view the whole time. Management of course are some foreign people refused to do anything about it. When we stop patronizing establishmentslike this that does not care about the Africsn American dollar they will begin to care. After COVID-19 I am a Germaphobe. Just plain unsanitary which says alot about the restaurant itself.

(Look at photo) Me and my husband ordered from here as we always spend least over 50-60 dollars every-time. We’re regulars. This burger was so pink and we can understand mistakes but there was not proper COMPENSATION. He came all the way back up there (w/ gas prices being so high right now) only to be refunded in cash for the burger instead of the whole meal, mind you he had diarrhea for days after. We literally could sue! There for is amazing and all we wanted we compensation to know least this is a good business but ITS BAD BUSINESS. Called them and the manager was suppose to call me and never did. Called back two days later talked to MoMo and he didn’t have Mike (the manager) get back with me. It’s been two weeks and some days. Called again and a lovely lady named Erica is trying to get a hold of the manager. I love this place but after how this was handle I’ll never spend a dime w/ then again. Just know if you ever run into a problem at this place the managers are UNPROFESSIONAL, you will not get fully compensated and they will treat you like they don’t care and are unconcerned. The cash register’s and mangers also have this policy where they can’t give refund but instead give it in cash? Makes no sense. It’s scam where they have a system to NOT FULLY COMPENSATE as their STRICTLY penny pinching. So if you coming to just order and get food you better hope it’s cooked right. If you run into a problem where somethings wrong with your meal, you might as well just take it as a lose and never order there again. Me and my fiancé are turned OFF BY THE WAY THIS BUSINESS IS RAN!

My mother died Tuesday. My cousin order wings from this establishment two pans of old burnt chicken wings. The taste was horrible some of the wings was so small which didn’t look like chicken, the chickens look and texture didn’t look like chicken. The chicken got everyone sick it was terrible I save the chicken and getting it analyzed

I’ll start this by stating that I’m not calling for a correction or going back up there. This will be my outlet. It is Christmas eve and I’m happy they were open and seemed to have good customer service when I entered today but I got back home and my order is not correct. My battery died in the parking lot which sucks but that’s my problem not theirs so I won’t complain that my food was cold. What I will complain about is that I ordered two different wing flavors and only received one flavor. Not only that but the bone-in wings are so tiny that I might as well have ordered nuggets. I also paid for some jumbo shrimp to be added to my catfish nuggets plate and didn’t receive them.
