False advertising on menu online. If you going to have a menu online it need to reflect the correct information. When I go to pick up my food for a meal that should included a soda don’t. Then you get there they say it’s not on the new menu. I used to eat here all time and don’t see myself returning in the future. It’s bad business practice not to update online info especially when you are still paying the price it shows online. Do better

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Florissant. They have such a variety of food and I love their kabob bowls with rice that has a Mediterranean white sauce with the right amount of spice. Their shrimp and catfish nuggets are also delicious and you get very generous portions.

This is for the owner if you want your business to thrive in North County PLEASE” choose wisely who you have working your at the front counter. You have young kids working there who act like they don’t want to be there and do not have a clue of what Customer Service means, that makes the business look bad. I stopped going there for a while because the food was hit and miss then the next thing I know it started to improve over the last couple of times I was there. But now I’m going to have to give your place a break again because of the service. SMH

Got the loaded potatoes bowl today. I asked that my veggies be really chopped up.. I guess the cooks don’t know what veggies ex chopped means. I just expect some hospitality if I’m coming to your establishment to spend my hard earned money. The lady at the register didn’t greet me as I walked in and proceeded to wait for 5 min before I had to pull attention outta her. She wasn’t smiling and had a slick attitude that would scare off potential customers.

I placed an order for myself, granddaughter, and daughter. My daughter took a Lyft to pick up. Ordered a rib eye steak sandwich with onions only: steak sauce on the side; no lemon pepper on fries. They put a cream sauce and onions on it; sent bbq sauce; and lemon pepper on fries. When I called the girl had the nerves to say intakes happen and to let her talk when all she was saying were excuses. She then said I have 3 days to bring my receipt for a replacement. I’ll try to get replacement, but no guarantees. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS RESTAURANT HAS SCREWED UP ORDER. YOU NEED TO LEARN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, LEARN HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! (Rated 1 star but would give them a negative 1,000 if could.) WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS!
