Normally, your online or call-in order is ready on time or early. Today, they ran behind 30min because the cook read the ticket wrong. I was told that I would have extra catfish nuggets but didn’t receive that. I was offered 1 soda or bottled water for the delay, which I felt was not sufficient compensation for that amount of time. The food was still good as always.

I bought a combo with 6 party wings and catfish and both were over cooked I had more breading than catfish and my party wings were over cooked they also put to much seasoning on my food all bad only thing that was good was the rice I should have just went to Taco Bell

I placed an pickup order by phone she answered and spoke very fast and called me baby multiple times after giving my phone number and giving her my name, the order was still under a different name when my husband picked up the food, I ordered party wings, lemon pepper flavor with fries she never ask for a flavor. I had to slow her down and tell her what flavor to do the wings upon receiving the order the party wings were not consumable. Some of them were as small as or smaller than my pinky finger and cooked completely through. There was no meat in the wings when the order was being picked up and my husband walked in they were at the counter, just chilling, with their hands under their chins conversation , after calling back to get a refund, there was never an apology or never an offer for compensation. She immediately argued and say bring the food back. I told her I would, and to replace it with a loaded baked potato, never an apology for the inconvenience and I was asked to pay the difference , our communities will never get better if we do not put these restaurants out here for the horrible service! And by the way, there is no air conditioner in the lobby area. You are better off waiting in your car.

I ordered food for my family tonight I asked for no Lemon Pepper on any of my order I spent over fifty dollars for my family’s food and we get it home and our 20 -25 piece wing and our okra had the lemon Pepper on it…we called the restaurant to let them know of their mistake. The young lady explained that she couldn’t do anything unless we bought our food back to the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager…he would not talk to me, he was busy in the kitchen cooking. He admitted he made the mistake with our order but instead of stepping up to the plate …he insisted that I drive back 7 to 10 miles and return my order to get a replacement. This is terrible customer service they said this is their policy to stop people from receiving free food I am not a thief…we spend our hard earned money for the food and they are going to lose a $50 to 60 dollar paying customer a week, because of the owners policy. Even when the Manager said he made the mistake….where is the customer service? I can’t believe that businesses don’t care about customers anymore..we will not return…if we cant receive what we ordered and how we ordered it..

Customer service was horrible. I placed and paid for my order online. I arrived to pick up food and went to the pickup window as always. The young lady didn’t want to come to the pickup window I guess because it was too far to walk, so she called everyone in the pickup line to come over to the order line (a much smaller window that the food bags wouldn’t fit through anyway). When everyone in line stated the obvious, the young lady decided to start using profanity. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting a refund, but decided that I won’t patronize the restaurant anymore. And I love their chicken Philly, but sorry, I won’t pay to be treated that way
