We enjoyed the pizza. We give it four stars – tasty, flaky crust, appropriate portioning of cheese and pepperoni. Bonus points for not being greasy – on top of or under the pizza. We ordered a side of marinara to dip our crust in and that was actually really good.

So I’ve ordered twice asking for the two slice deal for pick up. I have asked for extra cheese with my toppings stating I would like to pay for the extra cheese. I’m told no problem. I get there and the excuse is the pizza already comes with extraa cheese. To the owner of this establishment. If the customer asks for an item and is willing to pay. Give them what they want. Jeez.

WOW!!!!!! The best Alfredo I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a LOT of Alfredo. It was such a treat to find this place. It has to be the best kept Italian secret in all of Florida. The people were super nice. The food was truly amazing. If I’m ever within an hour of Longwood again I promise you I will be stopping again.

This was the WORST PIZZA and salad ever! The salad was just the core of lettace with ham slapped on top. The sausage on the pizza tasted like leather. Threw away the entire $32.00 pizza. DO NOT EAT at this restaurant

I’ve been ordering take out and deliver from New York Italian Express for about 5 years now about 8-10 times a year or more and I’ve never been disappointed. Unless they are really busy (which they always let you know beforehand if they are very busy) then they’ll tell me my delivery order should arrive in about 45 minutes. Which my delivery usually arrives about 10 to 15 minutes earlier. 30-35 minutes, which is always appreciated. My orders have always been nice and hot (not too hot), just right. Not only is their New York style pizza amazing, but all of the pasta dinners are amazing as well and they are very reasonably priced with sone pretty good deals on discounts for family combos. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Combo Dinner (lasagna ravioli manicotti and stuffed shells) from the Baked Entrées section and they allow you to switch it up if you’d like. Meaning if you’d like extra manicotti to substitute for having the stuffed shells or any of the other four options (which I usually substitute the stuffed shells with extra manicotti because their manicotti is just so good). Their manicotti really is truly amazing. Sooo good. They’re always very polite about it and extremely helpful. I love that it is a small locally owned family business that does their own delivery and not DoorDash or ubereats that rip people off with all the extra fees. You’re definitely saving money by much lower fees from New York Italian Express using their own employees for delivery. I really hope New York Italian Express sticks around for many years to come and I really hope they don’t cave in to doing delivery’s through grub hub, DoorDash or any of those other rip off huge corporate delivery services that always tack on $10+ or more with a bunch of bullsh*t extra fees. NY Italian Express is perfect the way it is now, please don’t change a thing. Haha I plan on staying a loyal customer for a long time as well as referring friends and family to NY Italian Express so they to can enjoy some amazing Italian pasta and baked dinners as well as their amazing New York style pizza. Next time I’ll snap some photos before eating. Until then, I look forward to enjoying another amazing meal via delivery or pickup after a long stressful day and I’m not in the mood to cook. Always fast, efficient and I’ve never been disappointed in the least bit by their amazing food.

You only get a peak because this pie is mine!! I’ve become a regular delivery customer and I find I’m always impressed, start to finish. I’ve ordered baked ziti, spaghetti with meat sauce, fettuccini carbonara, garlic knots, break sticks, side salads, and tiramisu. My favorite breadsticks, hands down! Comforting, classic, fresh, and delicious, it’s all been so good.

Wow this place lives up to all the 5 star reviews. My bf and I ordered from here for the first time and we will definitely be back. The food is fresh, the bread on my eggplant parm sub was soft and light, and the marinara my bf had with his calzone is delicious. Fresh ingredients, great food, reasonable prices.

The owner is so rude. I’m never ordering from here again. I’ve ordered from here with no issues for 5 years. All of a sudden yesterday, a new driver showed up. I was paying in cash, I gave her the exact amount and asked her to break a $20 for me to tip her. I was trying to tend to her and my kids at the same time.
