Note: The thick crust was very good but they are definitely very miserly with the amount of topping they use. Pizza is not just about the crust! The crust and toppings must be in alignment. Plus the pizza was burned.

Hit and miss after 1 visit. The service was friendly but there was room for improvement. The chicken parmesan was plentiful but uninteresting. And for $19 for the plate, I was slightly surprised to be served parmesan cheese in packets. The pizza was good, and the Buffalo wings were nice and crispy, but a $15 order comes with 8 pieces, which is slightly disappointing. The salad was large, fresh, and crisp, but I had to ask for a bowl to eat it on because the service plate was too small for the portion. At time of ordering, we asked for a pizza to go, in addition to our table-service items, but the server forgot to put in the to-go portion of the order, causing us to have to wait an extra 15 minutes, which isn’t the end of the world, but then he (very obviously) lied to us about it. I mean, I don’t expect anyone to be perfect, but don’t BS me. The parking lot is accessible, with van parking and ramps, and the restaurant is a little cramped for a wheelchair, but would accommodate one. There was enough potential here that I’ll give them another try, but there was definitely room for improvement on this visit.

I drove here from quite a ways away on a recommendation. I ordered ahead and was told it should take 20-25 minutes for my pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. I arrived there around 30 minutes later and was told they were really busy and it would another 5 minutes for my food to be ready. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and during that time they had 3 tables eating in and two pickup orders which doesn’t seem all that busy to me. After half an hour my food was brought up but they forgot to put the toppings on the pizza. They asked if I would like them to put it on. Well obviously since I ordered and paid for it. They said it would take only 2 more minutes and after 10 minutes I finally got my food. The server working the front counter was very nice and apologetic about the whole ordeal at least.

I am sorry you earned a star with me. I’ve been there twice in the last year. Always order ahead since we only get 1 hour lunch period. I was with a party of 3. All doctors, we were told “You can not eat here when you order by phone “ then I recalled my 1st bad experience. Same exact story! We were allowed to stay this time after getting terrible looks by the waiter and manager. The whole time the young Caucasian male waiter was starring at us. (3 Latin humans) Ran us out by delivering the bill after we ordered our drinks. I will never recommend nor cater for my company from your restaurant. The pizza was mediocre. Lacked meats and cheese for sure. Not a great sauce in it either. $40 dollar pizza, way overpriced.

Good pizza and selection of New York style food. The music is a bit loud in the bathroom. First time coming here & will definitely come back and show up for happy hour. Great location in the shopping center & located right off the 15 freeway. I will try their lunch specials. I heard the salads are also great. I noticed some other lunch time food that looked tastefully delicious.
