Food is always hot and ready. I have ordered on the telephone & picked-up at the window many times here over the last five years and have never had any problems. They are often busy and work hard to get everyone kindly served. They also welcome complaints/concerns as an opportunity to make the customer happy. Very honest hard working people. Food is great tasting too!
